Manzanita Waves House is an oceanfront home that offers breathtaking views of the Pacific from the moment you walk through the front door. The ocean and mountain views are some of the best in Manzanita! Every detail of the house is thoughtfully planned to create a relaxing and inviting space for our guests. Our home is equipped with the latest Sonos system, wireless internet, 4K UHD smart tv's, Apple TVs, chef's kitchen, ocean side hot tub, quality mattresses and luxurious linens.
Our home is a convenient, easy stroll to town. We love walking to town in the morning to get a coffee at Manzanita Coffee, Off Shore Grill, or Manzanita News & Espresso. Sometimes we walk into town to catch breakfast at Yolk (not to be missed), or a cold beer at The San Dune. In the afternoon, it's nice to hang out on the terrace at The Winery at Manzanita.
Nehalem Bay State Park is less than a 5 minute drive from the house. Our favorite hikes are the 7 mile hike up Neahkanie Mountain and the short 1 mile hike to Short Sands Beach. Both of these hikes are accessible within a 5 minute drive.
Another favorite outdoor activity is to build a campfire on the beach and watch the sunset. This is so easy to do from the house because the beach is literally steps from the door.
If you're a golfer, the 9 hole Manzanita Golf Course is a 2 minute drive away.
Really, everything is so accessible from this house. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Also, please note that we do have security cameras located OUTSIDE the home. This is to protect the home as well as your security.
Due to local short-term permit requirements, guests must provide all mandated contact information upon booking. Guests are required to provide personal contact information such as legal name, physical address, email and cell phone (if different than the one provided to VRBO).

We enjoyed our stay! The house was wonderful and Missy was very responsive…we had a bit of trouble with the key pad to enter the home and she answered her phone right away and helped us trouble shoot. We would definitely recommend this vacation home!

Absolutely loved this house. It met the needs of our family from all over the country.Plenty of towels, dishes, and amenities needed.I would stay here year after year.

Amazing home. The kitchen was immaculate and very well stocked. The beds were all very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub and direct access to the beach. Our host was very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place, highly recommend!

Great stay
Our friend group had a wonderful time and took full advantage of well stocked kitchen. We made all of our meals and the kitchen was great for a crew.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay
The location and the house were perfect for our family's stay in Manzanita. Very relaxing atmosphere and the sunsets are breathtaking from the beach back porch and the hot tub.

Idyllic beach vacation
A nicely appointed and spacious home with well-thought out spaces, set among the dunes, just a few minutes from the beach. We had a wonderful stay.

Awesome family trip
We stayed with or 5 grandkids and it exceeded our expectations from location to thoughtful design and cleanliness and above all thoughtful accommodations from kitchen equipment to towels and bedding. The proximity to the beach is exceptional and leads to a repeat family trip.

Perfect beach home
We had such an amazing time staying here. The home was perfect and clearly loved. Beautiful sunsets from the back deck, a quick walk to downtown and easy access to the beach.

Beautiful Spot!
We had a great time at this beautiful spot. House was clean, roomy and the view was gorgeous. Close to great Hiking and Manzanita is a sweet town. I highly recommend this property!

Lovely vacation!
This house was great! We enjoyed the short walk to the beachand the short walk to town. The kids loved getting in the hot tub every night. The bedroom/ bathroom situation was the perfect set up for our family, we would definitely stay here again!

We live outside Milwaukee, WI and own a vacation home at the base of Red Mountain Resort in British Columbia and now in Manzanita, Oregon. We are avid skiers who love the outdoors. Our three kids keep us plenty busy. We have three children, all in college! Our eldest is in college at Oregon State University (go Beavers!). We hope you find our home comfortable. Both Rossland, British Columbia and Manzanita, Oregon have so much to offer. They are both beautiful areas, only equalled by the amazing people!

We fell in love with the Oregon Coast several years ago. Never did we dream that we would own a home here. After several years of looking for the "right spot", we found Manzanita. This town has so much to offer from its outdoor activities, quaint shops, great restaurants, and just a general great vibe. We hope you love it as much as we do.
