This charming oceanfront cottage on Manzanita Beach offers private beach access and a private fire pit area located directly next to the beach. Being truly oceanfront, the house sits right above the sand, with the beach just steps away. The living room, kitchen, dining area, and two of the bedrooms all enjoy sweeping views of the ocean and the seven-mile stretch of Manzanita Beach.

Our newly remodeled kitchen comes equipped for 8 guests and features European styling, stainless steel appliances, a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, integrated dishwasher, and beautiful Pratt & Larson tile. You’ll be thrilled with this well-equipped kitchen. Both the kitchen and dining areas look directly out to the ocean, along with a large sliding door leading to a spacious deck overlooking the grassy yard—perfect for a quick game of volleyball or croquet—and the beautiful, seven-mile Manzanita Beach just beyond.

One step up from the kitchen is the semi-private living room, which offers a cozy place to kick back, read a book, or watch a show on the HD TV while enjoying the sweeping oceanfront setting. Or light a fire in the large wood-burning fireplace and take in the full westward ocean view and the southern coastline stretching all the way toward Rockaway.

Across from the living room you’ll find the primary bedroom suite, complete with a generous pillow-top king bed, private deck access for your morning coffee overlooking the beach, and a private bathroom with European fixtures and a large shower featuring Pratt & Larson tile and a Hansgrohe rain shower.

At the north end of the house are two additional bedrooms. The western bedroom also features a generous king bed with private sliding door access to the deck overlooking the beach and one of the best oceanfront locations on the coast. The third bedroom includes two sets of cozy twin bunk beds. Next to the bedrooms is a second bathroom with European fixtures, whimsical Pratt & Larson custom tile, and a warm shower waiting after a day exploring the beach and tide pools.

The house features quality furnishings and bedding, along with high-thread-count 100% cotton linens to ensure a comfortable stay at this oceanfront Manzanita Beach cottage.

Please note: Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement for their stay. Ask about pets; guests should include the number of pets when booking. A charge applies for each pet.
