Villa with magnificent view of the small village of Rougiers, Mont Aurélien, the Alpes de Haute Provence, as well as the Hautes Alpes. Our house has a reversible heat pump, which ensures a very appreciable freshness for hot summer days. A pretty little grassy garden surrounded by olive trees and shaded by an oak tree stands alongside vegetable plots available and a children's cabin. The terrace has a plancha and a pizza oven, not far from a trampoline. The village has a bakery, a butcher, a supermarket, several pizzerias and bars, as well as a small restaurant. Large shops are an 8-minute drive away. Many walks can be started directly from the house. Major cities like Marseille, Aix en Provence, Toulon ... are less than an hour away. That of Aubagne and Brignoles less than 30 minutes away. Many tourist sites such as Sainte Baume, the Gorges du Verdon, the creeks of Marseille and Cassis, the beaches of La Ciotat, the Giens peninsula, the island of Porquerolles, the lakes of Sainte Croix and Quinson (rental canoe and electric boats), the Valensole plateau, the many small Provencal villages ... are accessible by the day.
