Home features 3000 SF, 3 BR, 2.5 BA, and sleeps up to 8 people. 1 king, 1 queen sofa bed, 4 doubles and 1 twin trundle. Fully loaded kitchen and laundry, cable TV, internet, WiFi, games & books galore, foosball, Wii, X-box & wood stove (1 bundle of wood provided). All linens & toiletries provided. Sand toys & 4 beach chairs included for guest use.

The house is wonderful, so many places to hang out that people donā€™t feel theyā€™re on top of one another: play games, eat meals, quiet relaxing all at the same time. LOVE the proximity to the beach.

Wonderful stay

We loved the 30 steps away from beach access! It was so quaint. We loved how it wasnā€™t busy and instead easy to go and relax! The home was just right! It was roomy and just right for our family! Holly was a great host! She was very responsive to messages and great to work with! We look forward to returning to this property!

Excellent vacation rental!

My whole family enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. Communication from the owner was excellent and they did a great job furnishing the rental to make it comfortable and relaxing with many special touches. Loved our time here.

Great family getaway

This is our 3rd year renting the house, it's in the perfect location for us and is well suited for our get together. We enjoyed the outdoor propane firepit. Overall great stay and the weather even cooperated.!

Property is as described. Great proximity to beach. Very satisfied with the place. Usually not one to review, but had a couple of things, that will happen in every house, go wrong and the response from owners was outstanding. Their communication was excellent and they went far out of their way to resolve the problems quickly. Made our stay very pleasant.

One of the best houses in Neskowin

This house is such a wonderful place! Like the other reviews, this house is so well stocked and makes vacation life a breeze! It is so close to the beach, so comfortable and the owners are so great! Excellent communicators and beyond reasonable and accommodating! I have stayed in several houses in Neskowin and this is by far one of the very best!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful, comfortable, well-stocked and well maintained home. The beach is accessible and, as always, beyond perfect. The homeowner was responsive, kind and accommodating. We all felt rested and relaxed by the time we left!

This became my favorite house in Neskowin!

Absolutely wonderful property in Neskowin. It's not right on the beach, but it might as well be the walk is so close. Everything was so perfect in this house I decided to make another reservation in just a few weeks.

A Place for memories

This property is in a highly desirable location for people who want to enjoy the Oregon coast with very easy access to the beach, tide pools, and a creek that adds to an all day experience on the beach. The house itself is layed out for a couple of small families and has a great outdoor fire pit and barbecue. This is a repeat stay and family coming from far away tout this place as their priority when they come to visit. Highly recommend.

Perfect for multi-generational family trip

I counted 79 steps from the front porch until my feet were in the sand! This was perfect because we were close to the beach, but didnā€™t have to worry about our 3 and 5 year old running out the door upon their own whims. We enjoyed the backyard bonfire pit every night and morning, with sā€™mores and coffee, respectively.

Perfect week

This was a beautifully organized home. Great for family. Plenty of room and comfortable places to sit. Lots of games to play and very close to the beach. Nice selection of beach toys. Everything in the house worked and it was very nice to have a good laundry facility. There was a burn ban for beach fires, but we were able to use the fire pit that was propane powered to have ā€œcampfireā€œ. I would recommend this place highly for families.

Family gathering

The location is outstanding with the beach just a very short walk and easily accessible to all ages. Olders kids can easily go on their own as it is so close. There are outstanding opportunities to see tide pools, jump waves and just hang out in the expanse of sand and a rather safe creek that runs into the ocean. The house is perfect for a group of varying ages with games, toys, BBQ and several family areas. Our grandchildren enjoyed the "sleeping room" where they could all sleep. I would highly recommend this place.

Magnificent House

This house was even better than anticipated. It was so clean upon arrival and it is so well-stocked in everything you could hope for. It has a HUGE selection of games for ALL ages. The foosball table was a big hit with our kids, as well as the skimming boards. The beach chairs were fabulous!! The beach is literally a few steps across the road. Proposal rock beach is our favorite - as it has the ocean waves to play in, the ghost forest and tide pools to explore, but also has the creek for calmer waters for little ones. The neighborhood is gated, so it feels so safe and it is so quiet. Holly was so responsive to any of our needs. This is definitely our new go-to house for our beach vacations! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Great for a group!

As a group of adventurous women who came together to explore coastal Oregon, this home was perfect! We based out of here, enjoyed walking the beach, played games in the evenings, and completely relaxed. The house was cutely decorated, well stocked, and comfortable!

Great location

We had a great time at this property (two college friends and our daughters). The location is close to the ghost forest and tide pooling; beach access is just across the street; and the house was fully stocked and had lots of amenities. This would be a great place for two couples and their kidsā€¦except that the two ā€œadultā€ bedrooms are so different (one king with master bathroom, and one double with bathroom down the hall) that it might be hard to decide who gets which room, lol.

BEACH TIME

This property is quiet, easily accessed, spacious and bright. We had separate areas to read, puzzle, play games, work paper crafts and eat as a group. Beach access is across the street. This beach was the cleanest and most sheltered from wind we have experienced. The roaming deer and rabbits are a real treat. And there is a resident eagle that can be seen daily. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of linens. We would gladly return to this home.

You can't go wrong with this house

This was my second time staying in this wonderful house in Neskowin. Just steps from the beach and Proposal Rock, this home is excellently maintained and the price can't be beat compared to what most homes go for in Neskowin.

Girls get away!

This place came into our lives when the kids were younger, and we were blessed with an opportunity to get away from it all to make memories in wide open spaces away from normal distractions. Children grow up way too fast but in their own way hang onto the laughter and sweet recollections that come from being at the beach.

The source of oneā€™s deepest happiness comes from investments we make in intimate relationships with our spouse, children, and close friends.

With that in mind we are glad to share our home with you and wish for you many fond memories that you hold forever in your heart.

Neskowin is a delightfully small community that is easily missed as cars whiz by headed along Hwy 101. South Beach of Neskowin hosts Proposal Rock and a Ghost Forest that appears and vanishes with the rolling tide and shifting sands.

You may see seals bobbing just outside of reach, or delight in finding whole sand dollars or starfish clinging to the rocks.
