We had such a wonderful stay at this mountain rental! The property was extremely clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. The indoor pool was definitely a hit with the kids and gave them something fun to enjoy during our stay. On our first night, the air conditioning went out, but the rental company was quick to respond and had someone out to fix it at 11 o’clock that night. They got everything back up and running, and we really appreciated how quickly they took care of the issue. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Overall good experience. The property management team responded promptly. The cabins 3 separate floors each has a unique vibe. Hot tub was nice,be nice if they left a little hose to refill, 4 adults to tend make water level overflow...Pool is way smaller then picture makes you think it is,but it was good enough to relax and chill in. The one issue we had was resolved by the end of the day.Interior is aweomes open concept.

Amazing place!

We took our children for their summer vacation and everyone loved it. The location was extremely convenient to everything. The best part was seeing the turkeys in the backyard and the bear in the front yard. Amazing! The xabin itself was so awesome plenty of space for everyone.

Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed over Thanksgiving and ended up cooking at the cabin. Everything we needed to cook with was there. So many dishes and lots and pans. Wonderful.

Trade Show Accommodations

In town for a 4-day trade show and wanted to stay close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This was a beautiful recent-build cabin that fit all our needs. Great privacy, but literally 2 minutes to the main throughfare and two super-markets. Will definitely stay in this location next year.

Biggest complaint is the bucket of cigarette butts in the pail on the deck. This was not good for the small children to find.

It was great with all the perks that were listed. Black stone grill was a plus with the gas provided. The road leading to the property was hilly with several curves and no guardrail leading to the property.

Relaxing family stay

A gorgeous house! Everyone loved having their own bedroom privacy on each floor. And the kids were thrilled with the large bunk beds downstairs with LEDs. There were plenty of dishes to use and everything we needed in the kitchen. The blackstone grill made delicious burgers. We spent every day in the hot tub and pool. When there was an issue, the staff answered our call right away and sent out someone quickly to resolve.Check in and Check out was quick and simple.The only negatives were dusty corners/shelving, and the downstairs isn't quite finished (grout chipping around the pool, and the bathroom has missing baseboards and exposed wood glue).We would love to book again!

Nice place, clean & comfortable. Rating it max but two things, heated pool is not truly heated other than being inside and my wife was caught out on the lower balcony when the batteries in the lock failed. I was in the house but she didn’t have a phone signal and no one outside to yell at for help. A text finally came through and I went down (through the pool room, so knocking on door isn’t heard) and let her in after a half hour stuck out there. Batteries on pool room also failed but it was alarming to let you know they were failing, outside door did not alarm. We replaced both sets of batteries so next guest are good to go. Yes, we would stay here again, great place, amenities, and location makes it easy to get everywhere in the area.

Impressed and disappointed

The house is in a good location, near all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. The house was very clean and very nicely supplied with all that you need to cook. The process of checking in and out was very simple. I was very impressed with the lay out of the house. The bottom level was very nice with the pool and king bed and bunk beds. We had 3 11 year olds with us and we rarely seen them. They stayed in the bottom level with the pool and hot tub. The disappointment was the house had no yard whatsoever. The big disappointment was we had problems with the A/C pretty much from the beginning of our stay. We had to call maintenance 2-3 times and the last time they said they couldn’t fix it. So it being July and temperatures in the high 80’s and low 90’s it became very uncomfortable quick. Trying to sleep the last night of our stay was very uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for the problems with the A/C unit I would give this property 4-5 stars. No one from the rental agency or the owner has contacted me to make this right. I paid a lot of money for the time we spent there and would expect some sort of compensation for the A/C unit not working 3 days out of the 5 days we were there.

While our team did address the concern promptly when first reported, and followed up again after learning it had reoccurred, unfortunately, it required an experienced HVAC technician to fully resolve—something that wasn't possible immediately during your visit. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially during the warmer July temperatures, and we regret the impact it had on your comfort. Family vacation with 6 adults and 3 children (under 2). Overall it was an amazing cabin, however, there were a few issues I feel inclined to mention. 1-Indoor pool -it is SMALL! More like a soaking pool. Was ok for our littles, however, anyone over the age of 5 and it’s just not big enough. The pictures make it appear MUCH larger than it actually is. Would suggest putting pool dimensions in the description. 2-Air Conditioning just wasn’t on par. The main floor stated at 66 while the bottom and top floors never dropped below 72. Out last night, both the upstairs and downstairs temperature rise to 77 while the main floor rose to 74. We called maintenance(who tried to troubleshoot) but could not guarantee a technician would be able to fix it that day. I woke up on our checkout morning to a text at 11:30pm saying the technician was there. Kind of a moot point as the babies went to bed at 8pm. 3-Trash pickup only one time and that was after I texted maintenance. 4-There needs to be a drain in the front driveway. We had quite a bit of rain and it pooled up every time and caused a horrible rotten smell in the sun. 5-House was surface clean. Baseboards need a good dusting and the floors were absolutely filthy when we arrived. Our socks and feet were black just from walking around that first evening. I cleaned them again. Again, great cabin. We had a couple minor maintenance issues (hot tub light and alarm) that were taken care of immediately. I would suggest some TLC.
