This newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath second floor condo has amazing views of the beautiful lake and golf course from your own private balconies. It is nestled away in Harbour Point, located in the beautiful community of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Just minutes away from shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet very tranquil and private.
Enjoy the Harbour Point community pool being just a short walk from your doorstep or spend the day at the beach. Fish at any of the fresh water catch and release lakes at the resort. All the amenities of Sandestin resort are located within a short walk or a few minutes’ drive.
Experience the Village of Baytowne Wharf, where shopping, dining, and live entertainment options await. Choice of restaurants range from casual to fine dining so there is something for everyone. Enjoy a variety of seasonal entertainment like fireworks, live music and outdoor movies on the lawn.
The Grand Boulevard is also just right outside the gates for renowned shopping, fine dining and entertainment. Including a Movie Theater, Publix and Starbucks.

The Condo features a waterfront master bedroom with a small private balcony and en suite bath. It is equipped with a King size bed and large closet. The guest room shares the hall bath. It is equipped with a queen size bed. Both rooms have flat screen TV’s and premium quality linens and blankets for a comfortable night of sleep. The living room offers huge windows overlooking the lake and golf course for an amazing view. It is equipped with a flat screen TV. Walk out onto the large balcony, offering the perfect place for watching the sunrise with morning coffee or late afternoon sunsets with a glass of wine. Equipped with Appliances, dishware, cookware and utensils. Additionally, you will enjoy the convenience of a Keurig and standard coffee maker, blender, and toaster, Washer/Dryer, Iron and ironing board. Also features a family sized dining table.

Fell Short

We have stayed on the Sandestin Resort each vacation since 2016. The owner response time is great, but we probably would not book this condo again. Her other condo was probably more our style, but was being sold. Pros: location is close to everything, 2nd floor unit, golf cart included, beach chairs and toys available to take to beach, laundry detergent and basic items available, newly remodeled bathrooms. Cons: Cleanliness (cups had grimy layer inside so we didnt trust any dishware), Mattresses are beyond soft and need to be replaced, Doubtful all linens were washed and throw blankets had a strange smell, Trash can had a lid that fell off often, Layer of dust/grime under couches was unsettling. We always enjoy our time in Miramar and we did this time as well. However, for the same price we have stayed at exemplary condos in the same location. This did not make our favorite list.

Spring Break 2022

Rental was in a perfect location, lots to do at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. We loved having access to a golf cart to tour the resort. Rental was very clean and owner responded immediately to any questions I had.

Perfect Honeymoon

Communication with the owner was so easy and she gave detailed information. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The golf cart was perfect to use throughout our stay. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Great stay!

Such a great place to stay! The place was very clean when we arrived. Dianna sends all the information you could possibly need and also responds very quickly to any questions you might have. The beds were very comfortable. The place is very quiet and family friendly. The beach is a short golf cart ride away. It was so nice to load everything up on the cart and go. Highly recommend this place! Thanks again we will definitely be back!

Slice of paradise

First off, communication with the owner was spot on. They were quick to respond to every message. The location was perfect. We were in the heart of Sandestin and no more than a 10 minute golf cart ride from everything. Beach access we easy given the close proximity of golf cart parking. Excellent selection on restaurants and activities in Baytowne Wharf. Loved that we had an excellent view of the Tuesday night fireworks. The condo was well furnished and even had extras such as beach chairs and umbrellas. The community pool was perfect for an afternoon swim to cool off. We have found our new home away from home in the Destin area.

The place was very clean and cozy. i love the cold AC! We absolutely enjoyed having the golf cart to take us everywhere inside the Village and to the beach and to food/shopping venues. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped except the coffee maker is a single cup Keurig..I wasn't able to brew my own Starbuck's. Thankfully we had the golf cart to drive to Starbucks every morning. instructions and communications from owner was very informative and responsive to your text shall questions arise during your stay..we absolutely enjoyed our stay and the view from the deck. i would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing time in Sandestin

We traveled all the way from Rhode Island and really loved our stay at Sandestin Resort . The property was stayed at was absolutely amazing . It was clean , smelled good and so cozy. Dianna, the property manager, was absolutely amazing . She was very responsive and really informative. She was a pleasure to speak to and really helped enhance the experience . I will come back again !

“Awesome mother daughter weekend “

The condo was even prettier than in the pictures. We really enjoyed the location & the many things to do on the property. We only drove off of the property one time. The golf cart was what sold us when choosing a vacation condo & turned out to be one of the perks of our trip. We will definitely be back!

Close to Sacred Heart Hospital

Our mother got severely ill while on vacation. We had to come down to stay with her in icu for two weeks. This location is very relaxing. It was extremely close to the hospital, and it allowed my sister and I to have some space to keep up with our work duties, while unwinding from long days at the hospital. The mattress in the master bedroom is shot. It needs to be replaced. Everything else was perfect. I would stay here again if I was in the area. It is close to plenty of shopping (I didn’t bring many clothes with me.) and plenty of dining options are around. Plus seeing all the wildlife in the lake outside the condo as well as in the marsh area of the property were very relaxing. Lots of walking trails and very quiet.

Excellent Property

This is a well kept property in an excellent location for golfers and families. Lots to do within a short ride on the golf cart provided which was fun just riding around the area! Short ride to the beach as well! With the carts were a bit closer to the condo, but that is a small issue. Everything else was great including the view of the golf course and pond out back from the deck. Very quiet neighborhood would be great for families with small children. Lots for them to do in the area as well. Condo was very clean and well stocked for our stay. Thanks!

Great Getaway

We booked last minute and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Diann was prompt about the response and sending info. Condo was spacious and clean. Appreciate d all the provided items. My husband loved having all the nearby golf and fishing available. Golf cart was a plus. Enjoyed our stay at harbour point 915 and hope to return.

Good as it gets!

5-star rating all around! Dianna provided every detail as needed. Location couldn’t be better - away from the hustle of Destin. Golf cart made it easy to get around to the local restaurants and beach. Also just to cruise around the community. Will definitely be back.

Just Relax!

Everything you need to sit back and relax. Plenty of everything provided. Owners could not have been more pleasant, responsive and accommodating . Lovely and comfortable condo with great deck overlooking the golf course and lake. Of course my favorite part...feeding my turtle buddies!
