Every bedroom is ensuite and the house is equipped to the high standards expected of a quality holiday home with every amenity necessary to make your holiday a memorable experience.ACCOMMODATIONThe decor is both sophisticated and stylish, and the artistic hand painted walls and polished concrete floors throughout the property help create an atmosphere of cool relaxation. The accommodation is distributed over 4 floors as follows;FIRST FLOORThe first floor of Villa Ibizenca features Bedroom 1 – ‘Saint Martin’, a beautiful self-contained master suite with ensuite bathroom. This suite is completely independent and separate from the main living area of the house and is ideal for guests that prefer more peace and privacy.SECOND FLOORThe main entrance of the villa is on the second floor. This floor offer three ensuite bedrooms as follows.Bedroom 2 – ‘Galápagos’ – First on the right, a large double with ensuite bathroom and terrace.Bedroom 3 – ‘Philae’ – First on the left – double with ensuite, desk and partial sea views. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.Bedroom 4 – ‘Phi Phi island’ – 2nd door on the left – Double or Twin bedroom ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and feature washbasin.At the end of the hall and a few steps up from the bedrooms is the main living area comprising of a living room, kitchen and dining area.The living room is bright, airy and spacious with comfortable sofas and a large 75′ smart TV. The walls are adorned with impressive modern art and the room is bathed in the light created by large sliding doors running the full length of one wall.These doors open out onto a beautiful and very spacious terrace with spectacular views of Sitges and the Mediterranean sea. The terrace is complete with a pergola, comfortable sofas, a large dining table and gas BBQ. This is the ideal space for dining or relaxing whilst admiring the beautiful view and stunning sunsets.The kitchen is open plan and modern, and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal while enjoying the stunning views. The dining table is part of the kitchen area, which then leads down a few steps to connect to the living area.The kitchen also has its own patio with utility area including washing machine and space to dry clothes and bathing towels. There are stairs leading directly up to the pool area from the patio.THIRD FLOORThe third floor master suite ‘Ibiza’ is absolutely stunning and features a large double bed plus a beautiful hand made sunken bath with windows that open fully onto a private terrace, creating a sense of bathing outside but in complete privacy.The master suite also has a separate chill-out annex area with a large TV Screen for DVD’s only. This can serve as additional sleeping area for two people if required. The chill-out area also has doors onto the same private terrace as the bathroom.POOL AREAThe pool area is located at the top of the property and enjoys stunning views across Sitges and out to sea.The beautiful *heated 8m x 4.5m shaped roof top infinity pool will be a hit with the whole family. The pool is surrounded by attractive wooden decking complete with loungers providing plenty of space for sunbathing or just relaxing and enjoying the vistas. An ecological OZONE treatment perfectly disinfects the water, while being gentle on skin and hair and eliminating any risk of eye irritation.There is a delightful wooden cabana with soft furnishing and lounge seating providing the perfect place to relax or enjoy a siesta out of the hot afternoon sun.The outside space of the villa is perfectly utilised to allow guests to enjoy all-day sunshine and stunning views as well as a place to socialise and enjoy evening drinks after a hard day at the beach.The design of Villa Ibizenca with all ensuite rooms, multiple terraces, and large pool areas makes it the perfect holiday home for large groups and families wanting to spend time together, whilst also offering quiet corners for personal time and private relaxation.* Pool heating is optional and there is an additional minimum charge of 280 Euros per week/stay if you require the pool to be heated.
