We cater to health/wellness-minded couples celebrating weekend getaways providing a holistic non-toxic space to relax. The condo is well-appointed with high-end amenities. **NO LOCAL GUESTS**
KITCHEN: Fully equipped chef's kitchen with new Smart stainless appliances & sleek quartz countertops. We provide pots & pans, dishes & silverware, a smoothie blender, a toaster, a regular coffeemaker, Keurig, and tea and coffee. The island comfortably seats 1-3 adults. The cozy banquette nook is perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee or catch up on reading
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: One high-end queen bed with a custom memory foam cooling gel-infused topper for the primary bedroom. A twin-size floor air mattress is available for the living room. Each bed features luxurious spa-quality Egyptian cotton linens & blankets, plus extra pillows. The bedroom & living room both have room-darkening, noise-canceling, thermal velvet drapes & shades
BEDROOM WALK-IN CLOSET: Features custom built-in hardwood closet system + plenty of hangers, 2 luggage valets, security safe & a 3-story fire emergency escape ladder
BATHROOM: Full shower/bathtub combo with a rain shower head, full-size vanity & oversized mirror, lighted makeup mirror, hairdryer, oversized Turkish bath towels & a starter set of organic-nontoxic toiletries. Please note: PER GUEST, we provide 2 large Egyptian cotton bath towels, 2 washcloths, 1 face/hand towel, plus 1 vanity hand towel
PRIVATE BALCONY: Access the private balcony from the living room; comfortably seats 2-3 adults. Enjoy lovely evening views of downtown city lights. By order of the fire marshal, NO grilling or real candles are allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outside the condo.
COMPLIMENTARY ASSIGNED PARKING: One complimentary parking space is included for a small to mid-sized vehicle only. Details (make, model, color & plate details) of the vehicle must be provided no later than 24 hours after check-in. No large or long-bed trucks, oversized vans, motorcycles, tractor-trailers, or U-hauls are allowed. Guests who violate this house rule will be towed by the HOA & will lose the $500 security deposit. In addition, damage(s) to our parking sign will incur repair fees and be deducted from the security deposit. We highly encourage guests to consider Lyft/Uber when going out. Check our digital guide for specials. The designated parking area is non-gated. An onsite security guard is on-site to ensure only vehicles belonging to registered guests are on-site

Of course, you may hear occasional noise since the condo is in a metropolitan city. Our condo is less than 2 miles from 3 major hospitals and within walking distance of Centennial Park. You can be anywhere in the city you want to visit within 10 minutes depending on traffic, whether it be shopping in Green Hills, Bellevue, Belle Meade, Sylvan Park, 12 South, Gulch, or Downtown
REQUIRED TO BOOK OUR CONDO
We require a Rental Agreement and the primary guest's ID. The signed Rental Agreement executed by the primary guest and their government ID must be received within 24 hours of booking to prevent cancellation. Cancellation fees apply. The name on the credit card used to book must match the name on the photo ID, on VRBO, and the name on the Rental Agreement. No 3rd party bookings & no local guests.

A: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Access codes will be sent at 2:00 PM CST on the day of arrival. This allows you to check yourself in (contactless entry).
Q: CAN WE DO AN EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT?
A: We are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. For security, we do not allow luggage drop-off/storage; however, if you are arriving early, we can connect you with entities we work with who provide secure luggage services & exclusive discounts for our guests
Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: Relaxed: 100% refund at least 14 days before arrival, 50% refund at least 7 days before arrival. Cancellation fees may apply.

A: In the event Davidson County, TN officials declare a state-of-emergency due to natural disaster or weather issues, the Guest will be refunded in full (less the credit card swipe charged to Us). We cannot control the weather & do not refund for inclement weather. We recommend guests purchase trip insurance to cover the investment in their trip, which covers weather-related disruptions. After the booking is confirmed, we provide guests with details for optional travel insurance.

Hello! I'm Shannon, and I look forward to hosting you. Me and my husband are originally from Kentucky, but we have lived in Tennesse since 2000. We love the city of Nashville as well as the people, culture, arts, parks, music, restaurants, and everything Music City has to offer. Nashville is recognized as one of the best places to live and vacation and is one of the friendliest cities in the country. A few of our favorite things include the Nashville Symphony at Schermerhorn, Cheekwood Gardens, Frist Art Museum, McCabe's Golf Course & Pub, and the many historical and new restaurants. We are health & wellness-minded (I'm a holistic NP & nutritionist for women with autoimmune disease; Lee is an avid mountain biker). We also enjoy yoga, pilates, water aerobics, healthy cooking, eating out & taking walks in the park. We do what we can for the environment and for the well-being & health of our guests, our home, and ourselves! We use only non-toxic and unscented cleaning products in our homes and love nurturing our guests. As members of NASTRA (Nashville Area Short Term Rental Association), you can book with us with confidence while also receiving exclusive discounts from local businesses on things like tours, luggage service, restaurants, wellness services, shopping, & more!

Aside from the location, if you enjoy health & well-being as we do, and you appreciate upscale, luxurious accommodations, please consider booking with us; you won't be disappointed! We cater to couples and will take good care of you whether it be assisting with dinner reservations or a concert. The condo is close enough to downtown - literally only a few minutes away; but also far enough away that city noise isn't an issue. Of course, since the home is on the outskirts of the city, you may hear occasional noise. In addition, the condo is less than 2 miles from 3 major hospitals, walking distance to free music, concerts, dancing in the park, arts & craft events held in Centennial Park during the summer months, and close to all the best restaurants in the area. You can be anywhere in the city you want to visit within minutes depending on traffic, whether it be shopping in Green Hills, Bellevue, Belle Meade, Sylvan Park, 12 South, The Gulch, or downtown.
