The entrance room with private toilet gives access to an open space of 90 SQM including

- Living room with three sofas, a coffee table, TVHD, DVD, Unlimited internet access and Wi-Fi.


- Dining room for 7 people.

- A modern US kitchen featuring a fridge, a dishwasher, a four burner stovetop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a teapot and all items for cooking.

On the 4th floor - private access from apartment staircase - you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.



- Bedroom1 offers a QUEEN SIZE BED and Ensuite full bathroom with bath / shower.


- Bedroom 2 offers a QUEEN SIZE BED and a single bed for adult as well as a desk space.

- Bedroom 3 offers , 2 bunk beds for adults as well as a desk space.

- Full bathroom ( shower / toilet / sink ) for Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 located on the same floor.


- This apartment is very quiet because of double glazed windows and because it gives on 2 different buildings inside courtyards.

Fantastic Duplex, Great Location, even better Host!

After having our original AirBnB cancel on us just a few days before arriving, we found this great listing and were extremely lucky it was still available. We were a group of four 30 something guys and it was plenty of space for us all. You enter the quiet and beautiful courtyard to the complex and immediately feel like you are nowhere near the busy streets of Paris. The Duplex is on the top floor (level 3) of the building. There is an elevator as well as stairs that take you right the front door. Upon entering there is an entry/sitting room and 1/2 bath. Stepping into the main floor of the Duplex you enter a large great room with tons of natural light, great seating area, TV, Surround Sound, Dining area and modern full kitchen. Going up the stairs you enter another sitting room that accesses the 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as the full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a set of bunk beds, a desk and chair. The bunk beds are a US Twin or Single size and fit an adult. Bedroom two has a Queen Bed and a Single Bed along with a desk and chair, Bedroom 3 (the "Master) is very large, has a queen bed, desk/chair, closet, soaking bathtub, and sink/vanity. There is no toilet in the Master. The location of the unit is a block from the Rambuteau Metro Station and Modern Art Museum. There is a phenominal coffee shop a block away as well as bread, cheese, and general grocery shops. Louis the host, communicated very well with us from the moment we booked. He met us as soon as we arrived, gave us a tour of the duplex and even a quick tour of the immediate neighborhood pointing out his favorite local shops. Throughout our stay Louis made restaurant recommendations and checked in via text message to ensure everything was going well. Upon departure, we simply locked up per the instruction sheet and let Louis know we had left. The entire experience was a 10 out of 10 for us after having such a bad turn with our initial reservation on AirBnB. I would highly recommend this duplex for a family or group. There was adequate beds for 7 adults total. Thanks again!

The perfect Paris apartment.

This apartment is perfect. The location could not be better. In Le Marais - an easy short walk to the Seine , Notre Dame, the Pompidou Center, Les Halles, the Louvre. Right across the river from St. Germaine. Great open plan living room, dining room, kitchen on the lower level. 3 bedrooms on the upper level - 2 with queen beds, and 1 with twin bunk beds. There is enough room for a family or 2 couples to spread out, relax and not be in each other's way. Apartment is immaculate. Elevator building. Apartment is on the top floor, facing a courtyard, so it is very quiet, but also very bright. Washing machine in the apartment. No dryer, but there is a drier rack. This was not a problem. High speed wifi works great. There is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. WC on lower level. One bathroom upstairs has a shower. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite, but not enclosed vanity with sink and a tub with a hand shower. Property management is wonderful, professional, courteous, and has terrific suggestions for everything from local patisseries, supermarkets and restaurants. He is available for questions throughout the stay, and offered to arrange for a private car to take us to the airport. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

Excellent space for 3 couples that were there for a week. Lots of room in a lovely and quiet building. You can't beat the location for sights, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Location, Light, Layout!

My family and I stayed here for two weeks and we absolutely loved it! Location- Le Marais: loaded with restaurants & shops. You can walk to the Centre Pompidou, Seine & Notre Dame. You enter through a large interior courtyard, take elevator up... so it is nice and quiet! Loaded with windows, you have a two level apartment that lives more like a house than an apartment in the center of everything. When we return to Paris we know where we will stay. Also the managers, Louis and Eric were fantastic! Thank you!!
