Located minutes from Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel, 17-mile-drive, and Laguna Seca Raceway.
Guests will enjoy the privacy of the entire house that has everything to provide you a relaxing vacation.
On site parking for 2+ cars. Roomy master bedroom with king size bed, 3 private bedrooms with queen size beds. 2 full bathrooms and very large living room with open kitchen concept.
The furniture, appliances, and accessories are all brand new. It is 1900 sf. and comes with WiFi, cable tv, Netflix, and lots of details for that comfy home feel away from home.
We are available via text/phone or email throughout the duration of your stay with questions or concerns.

Host was communicative and helpful House was perfect for our 4 families (4 bedrooms). Large kitchen and main room great for everyone to hang out together. We cooked all our meals there. Well stocked kitchen. Even a VERY nice espresso machine!!! Had a wonderful time

The home was as expected. There were several trucks, one large truck, parked in the cul-de-sac which made getting to the drive a bit of a maze. Other than that the property was perfect for our needs.

Lovely House in a Good Location

The house was in a good location close to beach, hiking trails, and the aquarium. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was clean with enough space for 6 adults. The kitchen and the living room were open and spacious. Thank you for hosting us!

Comfortable place to see Monterey

Great place to stay to see the sights in Monterey. Very comfortable. In a quiet subdivision away from the beach but roomy and had everything we needed for our party of 7.

Wonderful

The beds were very comfortable. As soon as i walked in, you could tell that a giant load of laundry had been done and it was smelled wonderful. We came for new years and it was very cold at first but the host kindly provided some heaters for us and we were most appreciative. We would come back here again.

Spacious comfortable property in Seaside

During our trip to California, we had to find a property that was spacious, clean and where we could stay for only 1 night. Fortunately for us, Faris allowed us to stay at his awesome property. Plenty of bedrooms for our 5-person adult family, with excellent bathrooms and kitchen. Was convenient for our trips into Monterey and Carmel. Thank you, Faris, for making our list night on vacation a happy one!

Very enjoyable stay

Our family enjoyed a nice weekend at this property. The house has an open living room/kitchen space where everyone can relax and hang out. The host (Faris) is very responsive and easy to work with. Beds were comfortable. Convenient location in quiet residential neighborhood within driving distance to many destinations and stores. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

PCH Sisters Trip

We began our sisters trip down Highway 1 from Monterey and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Seaside. The location was a short drive away from Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea and all the sites. The home was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and had every amenity we could ask for. The kitchen is incredible. Our host was quick to answer questions and provide helpful information. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Five stars from the four sisters!

Race Stay

I recently enjoyed a wonderful seaside vacation in Monterey. The property was spacious, with a particularly large and well-equipped kitchen. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, as the entire place was spotless upon arrival. Overall, the accommodations were very comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after long days at Laguna Seca Raceway. One aspect that wasn't clear from the description was that the property consists of two units, so it isn't a full house. This didn't significantly impact our stay, but it’s something to be aware of.

Nice house with attached unit

The house is exactly as pictured. The great room was perfect for everyone to gather. Owner communication was excellent as well. I would definitely stay here again. Our main issue was an attached unit (likely a garage conversion) whose entrance is through the driveway. This would not have been a concern except the unit occupants consistently walked in between my vehicle (parked in the driveway) and the sliding glass door to our unit which looked right into the kitchen/living room. This was especially odd since there was plenty of room on the other side of my vehicle for them to pass. I would have liked to have had cleaning products to wipe down counters and tables (more than soap and water) and there were no plastic baggies, plastic wrap, or aluminum foil to cover or store food.

Beds are Very Comfy! Nice big living room TV, super nice huge Coffee Machine grinds, makes espresso, coffee, etc. Dish soap supplied. We did not cook but rangetop burners & the griddle Need cleaning. Dishes, stemware, kitchen utensils, etc= nice & plentiful. We only stayed one night and were given one towel, washcloth & hand towel per person= if I had washed my long hair would have needed another towel. Liquid Body soap is good & supplied. Soft Toilet paper supplied, but no Kleenex. wish foot stools or other type table for sitting drinks in living room = not a fan of that glass table with brass trim. Coffee Beans were supplied, but need to bring your sweetners & cream (there was some powder cream). Fireplace is not useable = no big deal for us. There is no view from the property But it is a close drive to beach. Good lunch/Breakfast at The Breakfast club. We would stay here again.

Could use some improvements

This place is a wonderful, one level house that seemed great for my elderly parents and children to share for a weekend in Monterey. It’s hard to find an affordable house to rent in the area so this place seemed like a great option. The owner was very nice at first, he even stopped by after we arrived to meet us and ask if it was okay if a crew worked on a fence outside, which was considerate. But after one night, we began to notice things that were disappointing: the dishwasher wasn’t working, the bedrooms were freezing, the large plant in the living room was covered in a bug infestation, there was a large rip in the main entrance screen door (indicating an attempted break in), no knobs or pulls on any of the kitchen cabinets and drawers, and a horrible smell coming out of the drains. When we noticed these things, I sent a courteous, private message to the friendly owner, alerting him of these issues in hopes to have at least one of them resolved or at the least acknowledged. The friendly man NEVER Responded after that message. He completely ghosted me and was no longer responding to my messages. What started out as a decent trip turned into a bummer, all because he couldn’t acknowledge the issues we discovered and make any effort to resolve them. Also, all of the sheets and blankets were cheap polyester and between that and the lack of heat in the bedrooms, I barely slept here. All of this is to say that I would not stay here again nor recommend this place.
