Inside this sunny and inviting condo, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances, a bistro-style table and chairs, and a cozy, sunlit living area with a TV. On-site you and your guests will enjoy access to a variety of resort-style amenities including a shared, seasonally heated pool, fitness room, shared gas grills, and an outdoor dining area.

Conveniently located right on the Gulf of Mexico and just moments away from the Shipwreck Island Waterpark, one of the area's most popular waterparks, entertainment is right outside your door. The Gulf World Aquarium is three miles southwest where you can enjoy a wonderful afternoon interacting with dolphins. Pier Park is the hot spot for shopping in Panama City Beach and it’s only four miles west! And for additional dining, shopping, attractions, Front Beach Road is brimming with restaurants and more for you to easily enjoy.

THINGS TO KNOW
While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 15.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Sterling Reef

The room was very clean and loved the location. We had problems with a balcony door not unlocking for us and the tub drained very slow. Overall very nice and we will be back!!

Great Rental Unit, View, and Property

This unit was clean, nicely furnished and stocked, had a great view of the gulf, and the property was located within walking distance of several reasonably priced & rated restaurants. The Receptionist Staff was professional and helpful when needed. Because it was Spring Break time during our stay, the roving security officers that were visible around the property were also pleasant. The only disappointment was because the gulf was too cold to swim in (61 degrees in early March ) the posted 4-6 week pool and hot tub closure for maintenance didn't allow for its use. Surprising that the closure just happened to be during the annual USA Spring Break timeframes, but as a Baby Boomers, we would have preferred access to both the pool and hot tub during our stay.

Check-in process was great.. there was several tiles that were cracked in the condo. The guest bathroom had moldy shower curtain, and nasty shower head. Every time I went out on the balcony, I couldn't stay out there because of the smell of cigarette smoke coming from other balconies. But other than that, we had a great time!

Everything need to be upgrade

We came in a group of 30 people, We was not satisfied of our rooms, The tub was stopped up, rusty toilet appliances, carpet dirty, beds are hard, order in some rooms. The elevator kept breaking down..so we had to use the stairs for the four days we stayed. I would never recommend anyone to stay there. All pictures on line will fool someone.

Vacasa property management is not one that I will ever use again. The property is not being managed well. I'm not sure the place had been cleaned; light bulbs were all blown in the master bdrm; master toilet continued running after every flush; cooking sheets were in terrible shape; did not provide linens and pillows for sofa sleeper. Just Not Impressed at all. They did, on the second day of our stay come and take care of issues and provide linens after many texts and phone calls. Condo itself could be a nice one with some updates. Beds so noisy the other person could not turn over without waking partner. Noticed last morning there that the fitted sheet was on the bed wrong side out, making me wonder further if the linens were clean. So disappointed.

It was ok

Poor communication with property manager. They do not respond to messages on this app. Also when I called the desk about not having enough blankets, they said they would send some up with housekeeping and they never did, so we had to purchase our own bedding for our stay. Master toilet is broken, after ever flush we had to open the lid and take the chain out of the flapper or else it would run all day. Master bed is awful, it’s hard as a rock and creeks with every move. The rug in the living room was wet upon arrival and the love seat smelt like pet urine. The tiles and the doors appeared to need to be updated. Other than that, the view is outstanding, the building is nice and the pool is nice. It wasn’t terrible but wasn’t the best either. It was ok, I just wish there was better communication, especially when there wasn’t enough linens for our guests and the office did not fulfill their commitments.

Nice older condo

Beautiful view. Great beach. Wish we had been informed of Panama City Beach ban on alcohol on beach in March. A couple of drinks while enjoying would be nice but we were told that we could be arrested if we tried. Condo could use a refresh but for the price it was good. We will return just not in March.

Good location

2nd bedroom a bit on the small side if more than one couple staying in unit. Otherwise, everything else was great!

The view and location!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. The location is perfect and the view is amazing! The condo is also gorgeous and well maintained! Already looking at the calendar to plan for our next visit.

It needs updated BAD!

All of the furniture needs updated, the couch and bedrooms needs a new mattress. The security guard asking for the pool bracelets when we came in the gate leaving the beach was a little much. We had the code to the gate so why ask us for a pool bracelet when we had been on the beach. There was nothing in the room to clean up with, such as no brooms to sweep the sand out of the floor. This place could be nice if it was updated a little more.
