This beautifully updated, coastal-themed studio comfortably sleeps up to 4 with a king sized bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper. Enjoy beach views from everywhere in this studio. The emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps from The Tip-Sea Turtle so pack the sunscreen and make sure to pay a visit!
*Please note condos at Top Of The Gulf do not have private balconies but there are common area balconies throughout the resort.
A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
As soon as you step inside the front door of "The Tip-Sea Turtle" Top Of The Gulf 312 your greeted by a coastal elegance that is sure to please. Enjoy kicking back and relaxing on the upholstered sofa or recliner. You'll feel right at home in the casual, coastal inspired great room. Enjoy your favorite DVD or HDTV channels on the man-sized TV. Wireless internet is included in your condo at no additional charge. You'll be surfin' by the surf!
The coastal casual dining area offers seating for 4 at the dining room table with additional seating for 2 at the bar area.
The ocean view kitchen is well equipped so you can cook anything from microwave popcorn to a gourmet meal. A Keurig machine is provided for use during your stay.
The king sized bed will ensure you sleep like a dream on your beach getaway to PCB.
The bathroom has been completely renovated with a combo tub/shower with updated counters and cabinetry with chic light fixtures. You will love the barn door feature!
Parking Notes: A resort fee is charged by the HOA and due upon arrival. This resort fee includes a parking pass for one vehicle and up to four armbands. Parking is limited during peak times, only 1 vehicle allowed per stay.
Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed per the Association Rules. No smoking or vaping inside condo.
