Just a 10 minute walk to both Lambert’s Cove Beach (one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island!) and Ice House Pond (the nicest freshwater pond on the Island!).

Total square footage of 2440 sq. ft. includes an open living area with reclaimed beams and wide-plank, rustic oak floors. Three large skylights create a beautiful, light-filled space. Just beyond the living room is the dining area and a fully appointed and well-equipped modern kitchen with high-end stainless appliances.
