The house, equipped with free wi-fi.

The house overlooks a large courtyard, with a furnished garden, where entertainment and relaxation are guaranteed, between a dip in the pool, the shadow of the gazebos; on the ground floor, common room, equipped with kitchen, wood oven, barbecue, washing machine, available to all guests of the house; allows groups of friends or large families to have lunch together, inside the hall, or in the adjacent garden. 

The surrounding countryside is pertinent to the villa, fenced and cared for, it is the ideal place for those who love nature and tranquility. 
The private access road, which leads to the villa, guarantees tranquility and security, especially in the presence of children. Ample outdoor parking, on beaten ground.

Eco-sustainable structure: equipped with a photovoltaic system for electricity, and solar thermal for hot water.
 


Specifically, the villa is located in the hills, 2.5 km from the sea, and is 1.5 km from supermarkets, shops and pharmacies, restaurants in the town center, so a car is recommended. The road to follow is a provincial road SP135, safe, easy to drive, not winding which allows you to reach the town in a minute.
If, on the other hand, you are on foot, I stress that the house is on a hill, so the journey is downhill towards the town (5-10 minutes), instead going up to return (15-25 minutes), the road ahead is not crossed by cars, it is safe and illuminated at night.
