It features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room with kitchen, and a storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a moka pot. You'll find air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls with a dedicated workspace for smart working, TV, washing machine, high chair, and a crib. Enjoy local herbs, vegetables, fruit, and homemade olive oil.



Outside, relax on your private street-facing balcony or the shared open terrace, perfect for admiring sunrises and sunsets over the beautiful Gulf of Patti. One bicycle is available for exploring the area.



A private parking space is available near the entrance. Events are not allowed. Please respect quiet hours: 11:00 pm-7:30 am and 2:00-4:00 pm. For the environment, turn off the air conditioning when you leave and keep doors and windows closed while it's on. The owners live on site but not in the booked accommodation.



Cleaning service and car rental are available for an extra charge. Shuttle to the train station available. Grotte Mongiove beach is 3 minutes by car; supermarket, bar, restaurant, and pizzeria are 2 minutes away. Patti center is 5 minutes away, with public transport nearby. From here, visit the Aeolian Islands, Tindari, Marinello reserve, and many other attractions. Don’t miss Messina-style granita with coffee, cream, and brioche, or Patti’s typical pastries.
