THE SETTING: Located in Carolina Place, 21 Shell Ring Road offers a peaceful residential setting with a lovely lagoon view from the home's main living spaces and large rear deck. Enjoy coffee overlooking the water, spend the afternoon at the nearby Carolina Place pool, or explore Sea Pines by bike before returning home for cocktails around the fireplace and dinner from the grill. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve is nearby, while the beach, Harbour Town, golf, shopping, and dining are all within easy reach.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, two or three couples traveling together, golf groups, and guests combining vacation with a little (nut hopefully not too much!) remote work. With two king primary suites, a queen guest suite, three private ensuite bathrooms, and a dedicated home office, the layout offers ample privacy and flexibility for a three-bedroom home.

PETS: Well-behaved non-shedding dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350 per dog. Dogs that shed are not permitted. Please inquire prior to booking with any questions regarding your dog.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: During peak season, drive approximately three minutes to the closest Sea Pines Beach Trolley location near Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak Road for complimentary transportation to the Sea Pines Beach Club. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

SECURITY CAMERAS AT THIS LOCATION: One exterior camera is located at the left front corner of the home, as you face the house, showing the front yard and walkway. Additional cameras are located on each garage door motor and show the driveway when the garage doors are open. There are no other cameras and no audio recording.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
