2 bedroom 2 Bath 1st floor condo at A Place at the Beach III. 2 Twin beds with one pull out twin and A king bed in the master bedroom. Sleeper sofa with a queen mattress in the living room. The complex is the best one on the beach with a 150' Waterslide, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, miniature golf course, basketball court, tennis court and ping pong! The complex also has both gas and charcoal grills and a mini-store on site

My Condo has 2 bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers two Twin beds with a pull out twin With a tv. Perfect for kids. The sofa in the living room is a queen bed pull out. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. The living room has a flat screen HD TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a dining area, drink bar, washer, dryer and dish washer.

Great resort for the price! Beach temps were great in Sept when sunny, and the slide/pool are open until Sept 30. Highly recommended!

The facility is great for a family! The amenities keep the kids happy with quick access to the beach. Itā€™s generally families staying here so the kids make friends and enjoy a round of putt putt and endless trips down the water slide

Weekend At The Beach

It was a very nice weekend at the property. Had one issue with getting into the place, but the owner was very helpful and able to work with me to get the issue resolved. Always love staying where the owner is so great. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Great condo

Warm, homelike feeling in this clean and well stocked condo. Close to the indoor pool that the grandkids love. Easy access to first floor unit via the ramp. We had no need to use the elevator, but could have if needed. It was nice having a washer and dryer for swim clothes and towels.

Great property

Our family of 4 with 2 small children stayed for a week. The condo was a good size and we loved the trundle beds for the kids. The appliances could use an update but we had everything we needed. The pools are amazing and the beach access was perfect. The grounds are well maintained and we really enjoyed being close to Beaufort and Moorehead. We'll definitely rent here again. It was perfect for the kids!

Nice place at great resort

Can't beat a Place at the Beach with its pool, waterslide, and easy access to the beach. The condo is nice and the host (John) is very friendly and responsive. Staff at a Place at the Beach are/were friendly too. Would recommend staying here.

We had a great stay here at the property. It was me, my wife, and three kids, aged 11,11 and 13. There was plenty for the kids to do on site place was clean and very quiet after 1030 at night will definitely stay again.

A Few Days Away!

My family which consist of myself, my spouse, an 11 year son and a 14 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night, 5 day stay at A Place At the Beach. There were many things to do and see. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were nice. The kids really enjoyed the 150 water slide. They made lasting friends who we will keep in touch with going forward and hopefully visit same time, same place summer! They slept well at night! Jon was very easy to get in touch with and maintains a very clean and quaint atmosphere at his rental. Everyone wanted to spend a couple days more but unfortunately, all good things must come to and end! Thanks Jon and hope to visit again next summer! We happily rate your rental at 5 stars!

Spring Break Stay

Overall, the condo was nice. The main pool with the slide on the property was not operational and this was not disclosed to us prior to our stay. As one of the selling points, this was disappointing. The condo itself was nice enough. We did have an issue finding clean linens for all the beds (and we noted how many people would be in the condo so all beds shouldā€™ve been ready) including coming across sheets with big stains loaded in the linen cupboard. Overall, it was nice enough for our long weekend away.

A place at the Beach

Overall our stay was good. Walk to the beach is a little far, but our unit was one on the opposite end of the building. Lots of stairs which made it hard to navigate between beach and pool with a wagon with little ones and beach stuff. Water heater in condo was very small, someone was always taking a cold shower. Pools were great having availability to go to indoor or outdoor was nice. Condo was clean. Front bedroom could use light blocking curtains as the hallway light itā€™s very bright. We were only give one single key it would have been nice to use keypad or have a spare for both adults. We would likely stay again because what all it offers kids.
