The house is set in beautiful, peaceful grounds with an abundance of fig, orange, lemon, olive and almond trees. By day, the view of the ocean from the terrace is breathtaking and by night Lagos, the main town full of shops and restaurants and also only a 5 minute drive, twinkles in the distance.

With it only being a15 minute walk to the beach (or a 5 minute drive), there's some wonderful beach bars/restaurants serving great food and a busy marina where you can enjoy water sports, dolphin watching, fishing, grotto trips and even more restaurants and shops.

The accommodation consists of the main villa (built on one level), an attached two bedroom apartment and a separate three bedroom Pool Annexe. This gives our guests excellent scope for flexibility in their holiday requirements should teenagers, grandparents, nannies or other staff need separate sleeping arrangements. The maximum occupancy is 20 guests. PLEASE NOTE: POOL SLIDES HAVE BEEN REMOVED DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY.

Main Villa
There is a lounge with wood burning fire and separate dining room with French doors to the shaded dining terrace with views over the swimming pool and to the ocean beyond .
New modern kitchen with breakfast area and centre island . Fully fitted with Stoves dual fuel cooker, large fridge freezer plus under counter fridge, microwave, electric hob, 2 dishwashers, client`s laundry room and a kitchen patio area .
1 twin en-suite bedroom with sea views and terrace access.
2 Kingsize ensuite bedrooms with sea views and terrace access.
Large bedroom with 2 single beds, one kingsize bed and a bathroom (ideal for a family with children and teenagers).

Attached Apartment
This is part of the main building with separate internal and external access.

Pool House
A separate building near the pool, approximately 5 meters from the main house.

Please note: The house benefits from being naturally cool and our air conditioning is mobile units which are limited.

Grounds
The pool terrace has superb views and is excellent for sunbathing. Additionally there is a poolside bar with fridge, a kitchenette and shower with wc. A small pool table, a dartboard and a table tennis table.
THE POOL CAN BE HEATED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST OF €75 per day.
The upper terrace is great for dining and there is a shaded BBQ and chill out area.
The villa is surrounded by magnificent landscaped gardens and has terracing on a number of levels.
Private tennis court with some equipment. No flood lights at present.
Private catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner can be requested through the owner. Gourmet dinners with wine pairing can also be offered. Catering is an additional cost.

We also offer private cookery classes with professional chefs. This is a fun thing to do with family and friends and your labours can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner. Please contact the owner for details. We operate a holiday venue only. No wedding or events are accepted.
