Welcome to Ocean Song!

Experience the best of both worlds in this bright and airy villa, completely updated in March 2017. Just 100 yards from the stunning St. Augustine Beach, it offers convenience and charm.

Access the villa via a shared elevator to your private 2nd-floor foyer, perfect for storing bikes, golf clubs, and sports gear. Inside, enjoy an open floor plan with Brazilian cherry floors leading to three bedrooms and a laundry room, comfortably sleeping six. The King Master Bedroom has a cozy urban cottage vibe, a 39” LED cable TV, and a reading nook. Its en-suite bathroom includes a large jetted tub and glass-walled shower.

The cheerful Guest Bedroom features a queen bed, 24” Smart HDTV, and access to a shared bathroom with a step-in shower. The versatile Office/Guest Bedroom doubles as living space or a private room with a daybed/trundle that converts to a king bed. It also has a flip-down desk for workspace needs.

The open living area seats eight at the dining table and boasts a cozy urban cottage-style living room with a 44” cable and Netflix-ready HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.

Our stay at Ocean Song was quite wonderful, a perfect spot to see in the New Year. It was a little chilly, so we were not able to experience the pool or hot tub, but we did so love the location...so near the beach. And what a beach!! We had a number of walks along it. The area was quiet, even though we were on a highway; with many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The apartment was extremely comfortable...roomy, well appointed, with a large kitchen and dining area, great living room...and the bedrooms especially comfortable (slept through the night, which I never do when away). All in all, a wonderful stay.

Great Condo - Good Location

Was in town for a wedding and Ocean Song was the perfect! Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and putt-putt. Accommodations were as advertised and did not disappoint, very comfortable and clean. Easy check-in.

Vacay getaway

Such fun, great place, so comfortable, well stocked, best location on the beach. Walking distance to best restaurants. Managers excellent to work with and promptly responded to my questions within minutes. Looking forward to our stay again next year!!

Great place for a beach visit!

The condo is perfectly place within walking distance from the beach and a super close drive to all the attractions in historic St. Augustine. It is well equipped for your stay, whether you are out and about or staying in for the day.

Best location on the beach!

This property is everything and more! Convenient to everything and super close to the beach! The house was very clean and had all the accommodations you could ever need! They even had beach supplies! We are already planning another trip and plan to stay here again!

Great Condo near the beach

The condo was perfect for our weekend trip in Saint Augustine! Very close to the beach and many great restaurants and coffee, and shops. Our only recommendation for the condo is the addition of basics for the fridge (ketchup, Mayo, butter, etc.)

Great location and space

We had a short family get together from both Tallahassee and Miami—and the first meeting of newborn greatgranddaughter with her great grandmother! This location was perfect—we could walk to food, to the beach, and to coffee. The space was large enough and the multiple TVs were a plus. The pool was a nice alternative to the saltwater. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location

This is the 4th time ww have stayed at Ocean Song. Love the convenient location with quick access to the beach, restaurants, and a brewery. Our only complaint is the last 2 years the pool has needed to be cleaned. When reporting this to management (both years), the response has been that the HOA needs to take care of it. In a building with only a business and 2 condos, one would expect the HOA (owners) to be a bit more responsive. Nevertheless, the location can't be beat and I highly recommend this condo.

Will definitely stay again!

There was nothing I did not like. Condo was clean and great size. The location was a football field from the beach and you could walk to several restaurants which were all delicious. It was only a 5-10 drive to downtown St. Augustine, which my mom and I loved. Mgr was very quick to respond to an issue with hot tub and it was fixed quickly. Pool and hot tub were terrific and a great size. Will stay again as soon as possible!

Amazing option in St Augustine Beach!

This property worked perfectly for my family and I. The unit is only 1 short block from the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The condo was very clean, had plenty of beach items (towels, chairs, toys) to use while visiting, and each of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The pool water was a bit to cool to swim in during April, but we took advantage of the hottub on multiple evenings! Overall I would recommend this unit to others and would even visit again ourselves.

Our second stay at this property in the past 2 years. Great property. Well supplied. Great central location in St. Augustine Beach. Manager always available and very responsive. Short walk to beach and private pool is great respite from heat and wind of beach! Grill was not functional but was a minimal setback for our stay. We look forward to our next trip to St. Augustine Beach and plan to stay here again.

Ocean song

Beautiful condo but terrible view. Picture of view is from a different condo not the 2nd floor unit C that we had. The balcony had view of side street and was tiny, room for 2 small folding chairs. The location was walking distance to a few restaurants but the smell of food cooking was overwhelming. I would not stay again even though the condo was lovely.

Beautiful Property with great location

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The private pool and hot tub are a nice touch. We had an issue with the hot tub and the host responded immediately and it was fixed within a couple days (delayed due to tropical storm). The only issue is that the jetted tub was not the cleanest. The jets did have some buildup that I was able to wipe off with a wash cloth and did not bother telling the host, even though I’m sure they would have sent cleaners out. Overall, this is a wonderful property and perfect for the whole family.

So much room

The apt/ condo is very large. Plenty of room for everyone. The half bath was great. The Jack and Jill bathroom had the best water pressure. The master bath was beautiful, but not as useful. You run out of hot water before the tub is full enough to use the jets and the shower was not enclosed all the way which made it difficult to keep it warm. The pool and hot tub were nice. It stays shaded which would be great in July, but it was a little cool in May. The hot tub quit heating over the weekend. I sent a message, but never got a reply. That was a little disappointing. Overall, it was great. Just a short walk to the beach, beach towels and chairs and toys provided, close restaurants and ice cream. I would definitely stay again.

Nice vacation with family

We selected this property due to its proximity to the beach and semi-private pool. The villa itself is in a nice location with plenty of lot parking shared with the office on the first floor of the building. The villa was not as clean as we would of hoped, but had plenty of space for our children. The toaster does not function properly and needs replaced. The pool was nice but a bit too enclosed. The hot tub worked well and the kids enjoyed the pool overall. Proximity from the beach was excellent. Beautiful stretch of beach access direct from road access and easy to travel back and forth to villa. Villa is located on busy street of A1A and next to public parking and public beach access which made for a more crowded set up then we had hoped. Overall, it was a nice experience for our first time at St Augustine Beach.

Great location and home

Everything was great - right next to the beach, the pool & hot tub area were excellent, and it was plenty big for our family of four. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it was convenient to get into town. Would definitely stay again.

Great, Authentic Beach Town

The condo is in a fabulous location. So close to the beach, tacos, brewery, and rental bikes which are allright across the street. The pool is fantastic and can be easily shared if there are renters on third floor. Beds all comfy. Great beach chairs and towels provided. Elevator access was so nice for older family members. Would love to visit again.
