Barefootin' Beach Duplex is only 45 barefoot steps to the dune (only 3 houses away)! This listing is only for one 3 bedroom unit.
House is a Duplex with two separate 3 bedroom units. Rent one or both!! Look at listing # 1084205 to see Unit B and different availabilities!! When calendar shows booked it may be only one of the units so please still check availability!

You can see the ocean from your top floor decks and bedrooms,and then head off to the beach, or just swim in the beautiful heated pool in your backyard and have cocktails on the oceanview deck in the afternoon! A barbecue is provided for poolside BBQ'S.

Newly renovated and decorated with a cozy beach cottage theme by the artist owner, you can curl up on the sofa with a book, watch a movie(some provided), do a puzzle(some provided) or walk over one street to the very popular A street and have a great oceanside meal, shop, or watch the surfers go by.. (you can even do that on your very own front porch).

On Wednesday's walk to the farmer's market at the pier just blocks away. Downtown, the Oldest City in the USA has sightseeing tours, beautiful restaurants, great shops and lots and lots to do.....

Take your children to the Alligator Farm, Ripley's Believe It or Not, the Splash Park, or Miniature Golf, just a few of the many choices this great little town has to offer.....

Had a great stay at this beach house! House fit our needs, check-in was easy and communication was direct. Heated pool was a plus but the location to the beach and restaurants is tough to beat. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Sharon’s condo is amazing. Seven of us stayed comfortably for 3 nights. The trek to the beach is easy and only takes 5 minutes to be at the water. The pool was clean and perfect! We enjoyed coffee every morning around the pool. There were beach towels and floats of all kinds available to use. The amenities in the kitchen were perfect; we cooked every evening. We hope to book again next year for our annual “Mermaid” trip.

Always Perfection!

We have stayed here many times for over a decade. This is our favorite place to stay when in St. Augustine. We can walk to the beach and many local restaurants. The pool is absolutely beautiful. The house has everything we need. Sharon is the best host. Thank you for everything!

Waves, water and wine!

Our first vacation without small children or grandchildren but with our furbabies was so much fun, we almost felt guilty! This place set the tone for the week. With nearby restaurants, coffee shops, famous sites and, of course, the beach, our vacation is a very memorable one. Everything we needed was available and the entire home and pool was very clean. The owner was so nice, even after we locked ourselves out the second day. She was there in 5 minutes! I want to thank her for giving our family this wonderful experience!

Paradise by the pool

We had a wonderful 2 weeks. The pool area is so relaxing. I was amazed at how quiet the neighborhood was. Enjoyed meeting Sharon and Bob who made sure we had everything we needed. We are already planning our next trip to this amazing property!

Beach Trip

We enjoyed our week in St. Augustine. The house was in a great location for walking to the beach and restaurants. It was well appointed and fit our family of four easily. My brother had the unit next door so sharing the pool wasn’t an issue.

What a great place this is ! Such convenient location ! Right on the beach and so easy to walk to restaurants. I highly recommend this place . We will definitely be coming back !

Beautiful beach getaway

We had a wonderful week at this house! The weather was a bit chilly a couple days but that didn't stop our 4 and 6 year olds from swimming in the heated pool. The beds were comfortable and the location is unbeatable. Walking distance to the best restaurants and a quick drive into St. Augustine. We would absolutely love to come back and stay here again!

Baech Side Dream

This is the best property. Our second time staying and this time we took both sides. You have the beach but even better a private pool. Walk everywhere and only 10 minutes to down town. Will stay again soon

My name is Sharon and I am 61 years old. I am a St. Augustine Beach resident (I live a mile from the property) and I used to rent properties here before I actually moved here. That was before the time of being able to see them online! I used to drive here all excited to see what kind of place we were going to get! That is why I want my place to be something that you absolutely LOVE when you arrive!
I love to go to the beach, read, paint and redecorate the beach house!!
I have a husband who lives and works in Miami as a general contractor and two sons who have just graduated college. One lives and works in Miami and one lives and works in Fort Myers. I can't believe I have children this old!!
I love my beach house and I love running this business. I love meeting all the guests and I have acquired many new friends this way!

Actually, I vacationed here in St. Augustine Beach for 23 years before I moved here. I would bring my children and stay with my dad who worked here for the months of April,May and June. When the kids were little, I stayed 6 weeks, as they got older and were in school we had to leave after their 2 week spring vacation. So when we finally owned a property here, I was so excited... I decorated it with a very bright and beachy decor, because I remembered coming here on vacation and being sooooo excited about what our place would look like--(those were the days before online viewing, you just got what you got over the phone) We have lived here now for 5 years and I love St. Augustine Beach as much as a full time resident as I did when I only got to be here a couple weeks a year....

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I love our property because it has been newly remodeled, so it is fresh, clean and bright and beachy. I love being able to see the ocean and walk right over the dune to spend the day at the beach. Or to just stay home and float with a good book in the pool....I love our street, because it is quiet and I get to watch the surfers go by on their way to the beach and because it is only one block off of A Street, the hub of activity in St. Augustine Beach. We can walk over to the oceanfront restaurants, or the surf shop and be a part of the happy atmosphere of vacationers....I also love to sit on my oceanview deck with a glass of wine and a book and watch the pelicans fly by, the sun set or the moon rise over the ocean.
