House is on a private lot with a large yard and sits on a hill that overlooks Hess Lake. Master bedroom has a King bed and full size bath. One bedroom has three twin beds, Three bedrooms have two twin beds. All sets of twins can be made into an additional king if need be. There is space for additional blow up beds to be used as well. Main floor has a half bath, one bedroom, two living areas, dining and fully stocked kitchen. Large deck with a hot tub and Grill. Firepit in the yard. Second level has four bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms. Balcony off the master. There is a tv area, bar and pool table in the basement. Linens, towels provided. Public boat launch down the street. Ice cream and party store 3 houses away. Five minutes to the town of Newaygo where you will find a brewery, restaurants, fast food restaurants, grocery stores and cute shops downtown. Tubing on the Muskegon river is available in the summer. Great place to relax, recreate and explore. Only 50 minutes north of Grand Rapids. Sand Duneswith dune rides and Lake Michigan 40 minutes away.
