Thank you so much for your kind words and 5 Star Review, Sheila, it really means so much to us. Comfy beds are a big deal, right! Glad you noticed because several are new. And being a clean freak myself, I appreciate knowing that the cleaning staff is doing a good job. We look forward to hosting you again.

In your private pool and hot tub in July when you're in Florida - that's the definition of a perfect vacation in my world LOL Thank you so much for giving us a 5 Star Review, Amanda, we're so happy everyone had a lot of fun!

Thank you so much for your 5 Star Review, Ed, we really appreciate it! We do "work bees" at the house spring and fall, focusing on repairs, maintenance, and upgrades, so thank you for noticing that the house is in great condition and the amenities were present as listed. In the spring we address the things that we added to the "list-of-things-to-do" in the fall, and in the fall we address the things that we added to the "list-of things-to-do" in the spring. This spring we upgraded the Boogie Board Bedroom decor, added ceiling fans to that room and the Sandals Bedroom, installed room darkening curtains in all the south facing rooms upstairs, upgraded security features for the house, upgraded the pool motor, installed a new 50+" tv in the living room, started providing "Welcome Packs" for guests, .... and many more little things. Prior to your review, while we were there this spring, we did maintain and repair the grill, but we also added it to the list of upgrades that need to be addressed when we come down in the fall this year. Again, thank you for your 5 Star Review, and for practicing excellent self-catering vacation etiquette. We look forward to hosting your family again soon.

Thank you so much for your 5-Star Review Jose! We do our best to communicate well and quickly with our guests - I'm glad you appreciated that. We'd totally love to host your family again - "see" you next time!

Thank you so much for your 5-Star Review and for confirming that we "Delivered on every aspect of the listing." Thank you for also mentioning that "If anyone in your group has disabilities the first floor is more than equipped to accommodate your stay." We weren't sure if this was the case, so we don't advertise as such. We hope to have the pleasure of being your hosts the next time you're in the Orlando area.
