We provide a complete set of Baby Gear, Resort Facilities, Screened-in backyard with covered Lanai Patio, 2 parking spaces right outside the front door, 1 GIG high-speed WIFI, Google Nest Speaker, Kuerig and Cuisinart drip coffee makers, fully equipped kitchen, stoneware and plastic dish & cups sets, Weber BBQ Grill, foldable table to make dedicated workspace.

Baby Gear Included - A full size crib, a play and stay portable and collapsible crib, playpen, graco click connect stroller, highchair, baby stairgate with other misc baby and children needs.

The Grand Clubhouse Resort Amenity area is a 2 - minute walk away.
It includes a fitness center, playground, games room, Pickle Ball Courts including equipment and balls, tennis courts, zero depth entrance pool, water slide, lazy river, spa whirlpool, loungers, and pool side cafe.
Please note: When you check in, you pay them a $35 admin. fee for your entire group for your entire stay! That's it, no other fees!

This beautiful townhome is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped for a relaxing escape from active days at the parks or after an amazing time at the Solterra Resort Grand Clubhouse Pool area of this community.

We have a sunny southeast facing pool, screen enclosed backyard area with children pool safety fence, a covered Lanai patio with a ceiling fan, pool adjacent bathroom.

6 Ceiling Fans and 5 Smart TV's throughout. (Living Room TV is new in 2022)

10 beach towels, 20 bath towels, many other towels, washcloths, dish drying towels and cloths. The Kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the chef in you.

There is parking space for 2 vehicles.

Bedroom 4 - 2 XL twin beds that can be put together to make a king. Adjacent shared double sink bathroom with shower/tub combination.

Bedroom 5 - kids bunkbeds with Crib. Adjacent shared double sink bathroom with shower/tub combination.

Our home is self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge that includes toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towel roll, dishwasher tab, and kitchen sponge. All provisions beyond this are the guests' responsibility. We do not supply additional/unlimited paper or toiletries.
