Recently updated luxury unit at Treasure Island resort 3BR **** 19th floor.

This unit has been meticulously updated!!! New décor and some furniture along with new lighting. This Treasure Island 19th floor 3 bedroom 2 bath has one of the largest wrap around balconies overlooking the ocean of any condo in Panama City Beach.
This condo is probably the nicest 3 bedroom at the entire complex.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large flat screen tv and ocean view and balcony access.
The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv and balcony access and a view of the lagoon and Treasure Island Marina area.
The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv and balcony access and a view of the lagoon and Treasure Island Marina area.
The living room has 2 pull out couches and an 80 inch , an 80 inch flat screen TV on the wall and balcony access and ocean view.
The wrap around balcony from this 19th floor provides probably the very best view in all of Panama City Beach. From the front of the condo you can see the ocean and down the coast to the West including the sun set. From the East side of this condo including the wrap around balcony you have the best view of St andrews State park and the Jetties and the pass where the boats come in everyday. Almost all other condos only have the view of the ocean straight ahead.
The Treasure Isalnd front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
Treasure Island has implemented a new parking policy that affects extra vehicle parking. If you bring more than 2 vehicles, the resort now charges a $100 parking fee per extra vehicle where space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the resort directly.
TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

Amazing view, very comfortable , my mother needed a step stool to get into bed. My only complaint is the floors were very dirty from day one. You could not walk in your socks without them getting black. We have stayed here before and this was the first time we have experienced the dirty floors

The condo was located on the less busy side of Panama City, we didn't have bumper to bumper traffic if we stayed near our condo. It was spacious and we had everything we needed. Great Stay with Gorgeous Views and Easy Access!

We had a great week's stay at Treasure Island! The condo was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Check-in was a breeze, and the management company communicated clearly throughout the process. The space was well-maintained, though a few minor details could’ve been a little cleaner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Birthday trip

There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this rental property is. We have stayed at Treasure Island four times, and we absolutely love the complex and the general area much better than buildings further west. This was our first experience with a corner unit and hopefully not our last. The panoramic view was amazing, truly beyond words. The condo, itself, was spotless and all of the appliances, utilities, and extras were updated and in perfect working condition. This condo left us wanting or needing anything more.

Awesome!

The listing for this property seemed too good to be true at this price point. But it was even better than the pictures! We had a fabulous Christmas in this spectacular condo. Two tiny recommendations....I must have missed that only starting supplies would be provided. Doordash for that! The comforters on the beds were worn but we got more bedding when people were available on Monday. We checked in late Saturday.

There were no curtains in the living room so it was a challenge to watch tv during the day. The washer smelled very musty and moldy. One of the guest doors was broken so you had to pick up on it to shut it. But over all it was a good room. The view was amazing and the balcony wrapped around to all bedrooms. Beautiful view.

Cleanliness needs addressed

First what we loved, the size, the rap around view and the mattresses. Now what we did not like....when we got there we cleaned up previous dog pee and puke, the area rug was disgusting, the showers were so slick they were a fall hazzard, dirty sheets on one of the beds, the coffee pot leaked, the washer didnt work properly. I emailed the property manager and shared all except for the washer as we didnt know this until the day before we left. I have several emails as proof. I was shocked that no one came to address the issues. I asked for a vacuum to clean the run myself and i was delivered a new vacuum in the box that I had to put together. I vacuumed the rug and got a ca ister full of dirt and hair. Once I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the unit, we had a good time. The unit has so much to offer, but it was disgustingly dirty. We will stay at this reaort again, but will try a different unit. before we left. before we left. aleverywhere

At first glance the condo was perfect, but upon closer inspection there was food under the chairs and the mattress on the pull out couch was covered in black mildew. I called the rental company and they delivered a new air mattress the same day. They also sent the cleaning company back the next morning to clean again. After these issues were resolved we enjoyed our stay a lot. I also asked for a broom and mop set that they delivered with the air mattress. All issues I had were promptly addressed but it’s a little irritating to deal with these issues at all when you’re on vacation.

Ruined my trip

I has this condo booked since February we were supposed to arrive April 17th. They call me 15 hours before my flight to tell me my condo isn’t available. I was so upset and angry because our other family had booked at the same place so we could vacation together well we had to go to a whole other condo because ours wasn’t available. Beautiful view

The view from the 19th floor is amazing. When we arrived there was tornado damage we had not been told about. One window was shattered and the balcony was blocked off with signs saying we could not use it. This was all due to the tornado that went through in January. Completely understandable but we were never told that we would not have use of the balcony and even the view would be blocked because of the shattered window. We expressed our disappointment with the property management company and they did give us use of the beach chair service for the duration of our stay. The blender in our room did not work but a new one was sent up. We had a nice trip and issues were attended to but would have been nice if they were addressed before we arrived and not after we complained. The unit itself is very nice with a fantastic view.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony was not accessible during our stay, the living room window was shattered. I would have appreciated knowledge ahead of time in order to switch to a different room since I had contacted previously asking about any damage due to storms. Additionally knowing a full construction crew would be at the pool each would have been nice to know. Definitely no sleeping pool side, but understand the work has t be done at some point. Other info -The dining chairs are worn and have no bottom support. The bistro table had two patio chairs added which were better than the two broken chairs we reported last year, which we found in closets this year. The couch pillows had holes in them. The rug had a pet like smell not certain if it was a cleaner or pet accidents. It would be nice to have mirrors in the secondary bedrooms. The washer needs to be sanitized there is a mold smell that lingers on clothes, I reported this and sent pictures of the mold last year. The glass tables are not practical for anyone with children staying or visiting. We have stayed at Treasure Island for the past 20 years and I wanted to give this unit another chance from last years stay, but knowing other units are in better shape and many have beach service I think we may look for other options.

Filthy!

The condo is beautiful and spacious but very dirty. Dust was on everything, sand was on entire floor and under the rugs, shards of glass were on one of the bedroom floors, drops of something brown were scattered throughout the living room floor. However, we still enjoyed our stay!

Ready to eat and nothing to cook on

We were going to cook some breakfast only to learn that the cookware wasn’t fit to cook on due to the YEARS of use, so we contacted the management and there was new cookware in the unit when we returned from the days events.The entertainment system is in dire need of many updates, so we made the best of it.Not sure to return next year.
