We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous condo! Pam was extremely accommodating and very nice to work with. The new mattress was heavenly and all the attention to detail was above and beyond! Thank you Pam for providing an amazing vacation for us. Can’t wait to stay again!!!!

We had an excellent vacation stay at PCB. This condo is on the 17th floor and allows for an excellent view of the beach and surrounding area. The condo was very clean and comfortable with decorations to match the beach vibe. There is a large pool and beach access and the room came with reserved chairs on the beach (a nice perk). The deck area is easy to access thru the living room or the bed room and we spent most of our time out there. I especially liked the tile work and tasteful choice of colors. Pam the host was easy to deal with and checked up on us to make sure we were ok. Overall this is a 5 star vacation rental and we hope to come back

Perfect Fall Break

This was our second stay in 1703. We had the best time, once again!! Love the decor, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. I can't wait to come back!

Beautiful condo!

We have stayed at Trasure Island condos numerous times & this was by far the most updated, beautifully decorated unit ever! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation!

This condo was beautiful and the cleanest we’ve walked into upon arrival! Pam was very quick to respond before and during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Spending mornings and evenings on the balcony watching the wildlife in the ocean and the beautiful sunsets from the 17th floor were some of our best memories this year. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely book 1703 again!

Absolutely beautiful

We stayed a week and it was amazing. This condo is decorated beautifully. It is fully equipped with everything that you will need. Pam was very easy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions that I had. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants all of the comforts of home with the elegance of a penthouse suite.

AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL!!!

I've stayed at Treasure Island NUMEROUS times since 2008 - this was hands down the best condo I've ever stayed at! I've always stayed from the 6th floor or before and was a little concerned about staying on the 17th, but it was absolutely perfect! The view was amazing, plus, the noise from the pool area was minimal. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful! As stunning and luxurious in person as in pictures. Very clean and everything needed to function was provided. The host was extremely sweet and pleasant, and very quick to respond (I almost felt like she was a friend - Lol) I highly recommend this particular condo - I have never been so pleased with our stay at Treasure Island! =) Thank You!!

A beautiful condo.

The condo was perfect. Walking in, it looked like it had been professionally decorated and recently remodeled. The flooring, tile, and granite countertops were all high-end and beautiful. We loved the large shower in the primary bathroom with two showerheads. The mattress was just right – not too soft or too hard. The towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, silverware, dinner, and glassware appeared brand new, as did the washer and dryer. The owners’ attention to detail was evident throughout the condo. She immediately answered any questions we had at the time of booking and during our stay. We appreciated the notebook containing information about the condo, the complex, and Panama City. We used the beach chairs and umbrella provided. We spent a lot of time on the balcony because the view was breathtaking. The two loungers with cushions were very comfortable and much nicer than the hard plastic chairs we saw on other balconies. We researched other complexes and decided on Treasure Island. It is well maintained, and the employees are friendly and helpful. There are four elevators, so we never had to wait, and we didn’t have to search for a parking spot because they are reserved. We liked the location of the complex. It is between two outdoor restaurants, Patches and Schooners. The diner across the street, Thomas Drive Waffle and Omelet House had the fluffiest omelets. I liked their grits, and my husband liked their waffles. We went there five times in two weeks. Across the bridge, there are several restaurants, a Publix, and Winn-Dixie. It was a great vacation.

1703 ROCKS!! The room is true to the listing description. Beautifully decorated, clean (room and property), perfectly located within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. There are four elevators which make things easier and no long wait times. The balcony is amazing and provides a large outdoor space to enjoy the beach during rain or while taking a break from the heat. We had a wonderful stay!

Loved the location!

Location was great, not too busy. Owner was easy to get in touch with if needed. Elevators were fast and we never had to wait. Pool was loved by the kids and the shop downstairs had great drinks!

Amazing condo!!

I have stayed at Treasure Island resort yearly for the past 6 years and this condo by far has been my favorite. It is updated with contemporary décor that is comfortable and stylish. The condo has everything you could need for a week long stay. The property manager was quick with emails and responses and followed up with me from the beginning. Excellent experience and we will look for this condo when planning our trip next year.

Wonderful

I don't know where to start Pam has a beautiful condo and it has everything you need beach chairs, umbrella, lots of towels and the view is breathe taken my son needed the internet password and Pam was very quick to respond I can't say enough about this place I will be booking next year.

Great place to stay

Everything was just perfect!! The condo is decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable and it was clean and stocked with many items. I would definitely stay here again!!! The owner is great to work and very responsive!!

Great condo!

We loved this condo! It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The condo was stocked with a lot of extras such as sand toys, buckets, binoculars, extra cooler and items to keep it clean. This along with the decor made it feel like home. Location is great because it is away from the traffic, but close to good restaurants. The view from the unit is beautiful. Pam was also great to work with and the process was easy. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this unit to others.

The best in PCB

Treasure Island is a beautiful property. Has a great pool and hot tub area. Staff are friendly and keep all areas clean and attractive. But the best is #1703! Amazing view, comfortable furnishings and a well equipped kitchen make it a perfect vacation spot. Have spent 2 winters there....we feel very spoiled by Pam, who is very kind and helpful. Just a perfect spot. We love it. Lynne and Gerry Smyth

Truly Rocks

I have truly loved your condo and you! Being here makes me think I know you. You have been such a pleasure to work with and I hope we are able to stay here again. From all the sand in the bottles to the detailed condo book, you have covered everything. We usually stay in a 3-bedroom unit, but I can honestly say I love your 2-bedroom unit more. Whoever cleans for you is amazing! Everything was in perfect order down to the towels rolled exactly the same. I can't say enough. This has been the best experience ever. You have the best price, best unit, best attitude and best stuff that you are sharing with all your unseen friends. Thanks so much!

Exquisite, fabulous, prestine furnishings, PERFECT

Thank you Pam for the fantastic week of vacation at your condo. The minute our family arrived we knew we walked into a 1st class 5 star condo. The amenities were beyond anything we have ever had access to; from the fully stocked kitchen with every appliance & amenities needed, to the closet with the beach toys, floats, cooler and blankets for the beach. The beds felt like a comfy cloud at the end of the day, so relaxing. The pictures on the website are "spot on" - every item pictured was more beautiful than described. If you are ready for a relaxing vacation in a "home away from home" please call Pam and reserve "This Condo Rocks". We will definitely return next year.
