A cosy independent house within a large private park in Cernobbio. Jut across from Villa d'Este and 10-minute walk to the lake and to Villa Erba or Villa Pizzo.

Private Parking inside the property upon request. In the heart of a lovely town with a good choice of restaurants and shops, The Little Garden House is perfect for two guests, a solo traveller or a family of three (2 adults and one infant, toddler or child).
The Little Garden House has a double bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a kitchen with a marble table and everything for a home-made meal and a brand new bathroom (2026) with walk-in shower. Guest have free access to the large patio in the garden, where they can find sun-chairs, a table with chairs and a BBQ.
A travel crib is available on request. The Little House is very central within Cernobbio and it is only a few steps from the boat dock, so it is suitable for for guests without a car. The house is within a privare park and it is within walking distance to the lake shore, bars, restaurants and shops. Cernobbio is a 10-minute boat ride away from the city of Como.
