The apartment is on the ground floor. It has a living room with a new, fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the lake where you can enjoy a great breakfast or a romantic sunset dinner.
The lovely master bedroom and the twin bedroom all have new super comfortable mattresses. The bathroom is beautiful.
The apartment is situated in the center of Lezzeno and is near to BELLAGIO (Like 5km)

Amazing stay in a beautiful place

The apartment was clean, had great facilities and aircon. The view was beautiful over the lake and Eros and Daniel were exceptionally helpful! Could not have been any better!

Dani and his brother Eros were the most attentive hosts (property mangers) we had on our 11 day stay in Italy. The property was clean and as described, they were incredibly attentive and helped us with transportation, boating reservations and recommended dinner. Their attention was above and beyond our expectations and the apartment was beautiful.

Beautiful view and a personal concierge

We loved this property and the hosts were very helpful! They assisted us with recommendations, dinner reservations, etc. all the recommendations were excellent and the accommodations were very clean and views were excellent. Highly recommended

Perfect location to visit lake Como

Clean, modern apartment close to Bellagio that is well managed with Dani being very helpful booking great restaurants and a boat, all just walking distance away. The location has a friendly village feel whilst being close to ferries and the main sights - highly recommended

Amazing Hosts!

Eros and Dani were wonderful hosts. They helped us along the way as we were first timers in Italy. Apartment had wonderful views from our patio. Short ride to Bellagio and the ferries. Highly recommend booking with these brothers. Great communication!

Wonderful stay in Lezzeno

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at this property. Eros and Daniel are incredibly gracious hosts - extremely responsive and helpful providing recommendations for restaurants, and even booking a reservation for us. The property itself was perfect for me and my husband and our 2 adult children - we especially appreciated the 2 bedrooms and the spectacular view of the lake from the private garden/patio area off the kitchen. We had a rental car so having access to the private parking adjacent to the property was very convenient. Highly recommend this property and will certainly book again when we return to this beautiful area.

Fantastic property

This was a great property. Close enough to bellagio to enjoy that pretty town but far enough to escape the craziness of all the people whenever you want. The property was clean and quiet and had spectacular views. The hosts were friendly and helpful in all respects. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.

Absolutely Amazing!

The apartment was in a great location right across from Villa del Balbianello. The hosts provided every amenity we needed and offered many suggestions and even booked restaurant reservations for us. Absolutely fell in love with Lake Como.

Wonderful apartment on lake Como

The apartment is clean and modern and has a gorgeous view and nice garden. The town Lezenno is quiet which is a nice break from the crowds of Bellagio. The host was very helpful with booking a boat rental and reserving restaurants. He also gave us good tips to make a great itinerary for the four days we stayed. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing place with amazing owners

The place is beautiful, the garden views are amazing, but mostly I was impressed with the hospitality of the owners, Dani and Eros. You feel welcomed from the first moment you are there. I could not recommend this place more. The apartment has a great location for your daily trips to Bellagio, Varenna and the other towns. There are many restaurants in walking distance and also a small grocery store nearby. The apartment has really nice amenities, automatic shutters, great and comfortable bedding and low noise AC.

Fantasy Como Home

We stayed 2 wonderful nights here enjoying the fabulous views from the terrace and the hospitality of our host, Eros. The apartment was recently renovated and is immaculate and comfortable. The photos in the posting are accurate- it really is that nice. The air conditioning after was especially welcomed after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you need and there is a small, friendly market within walking distance on safe alleyways. Eros made sure we had everything we needed including information on the ferry and bus schedules and even provided us with bus tickets for our visit to nearby Bellagio. The apartment is a perfect base for exploring Lago di Como and I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic experience

I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and hotels over the years, but this experience stands out as one of the best, if not *the* best, of them all. The apartment is incredible--the photos do not, and realistically could not, compare to how it is in person. The views of Lake Como are simply stunning. The location is above the lake (better views) but also only a 50m walk to enter the lake for a swim. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most modern appliances and everything you could need. Beds are comfortable, place was spotless on check in. Dani and his family, who manage the place, are wonderful hosts. He personally provided all the information we could have needed, responding via whatsapp within less than a minute, to all of our questions. He also booked us a dinner reservation at the Aurora hotel in town (recommended) and a reservation to rent a boat for the afternoon (absolutely recommended). Dani also showed us a garage with tons of beach chairs, floaty toys, and a high quality BIC kayak that we were free to use at any time. Overall, we felt that we had all the privacy we wanted, and yet the expertise and assistance of a 3rd generation local when we needed it. Check out was a breeze, no hassle or demanding rules. The town of Lezzeno is very small, only 3-4 restaurants, no gelateria or caffes. But it has a ferry stop so you can take the ferry to other towns w/o driving. Grazie di tutto Dani and family for hosting us, we hope to come back again.

Un coin de paradis

L’accueil de Dani et Éros a été formidable. L’appartement est très propre et très bien équipé et la terrasse donne une vue incroyable sur le lac de Côme. Les commodités sont à proximité (restaurants et supérette local). Grâce aux conseils de Dani, nous avons pu découvrir cette magnifique région dans les meilleures conditions. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%! Un grand merci. Dani et Éros et nous avons hâte de revenir.
