Esta é uma grande casa isolada, recentemente reformado e decorado com bom gosto em estilo rústico. Muito aconchegante; esta era, até recentemente, os proprietário's casa de sonho. Situado em uma área residencial tranquila, mas a uma curta distância de lojas, restaurantes, bares e praia. Simplesmente perfeito para umas férias relaxantes!

A grande piscina, jardim e terraço recebem luz do sol praticamente todo o dia e são cercados por altos muros para sua privacidade. O terraço tem mobília de jantar e um churrasco e é perfeito para refeições ao ar livre! Há muitas flores e um gramado. O terraço goza de uma ampla vista para o mar e é perfeito para admirar o pôr do sol.

A moradia tem 4 quartos e 2 banheiros, uma sala muito atraente, uma sala de jantar elegante, que tem vista para o jardim e para a piscina através de todas as portas de vidro do pátio redondas e uma enorme cozinha, totalmente equipada. Grande parte da casa tem ar condicionado (4 unidades), bem como Wi-Fi e uma grande TV com canais internacionais (em todas as línguas), Netflix, YouTube, vários canais de desporto, filmes, séries, programas infantis, documentários etc.

Beautiful authentic Spanish villa! Francis was absolutely spot on with communication and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. The villa was clean and we loved our daily visits from Missy the cat! Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home, we are missing it already!

Lovely house and pool area in a great location - walking distance from shops / bars etc. Really beautiful beach with incredibly clear sea. kitchen area was a little tired but didn’t impact on holiday at all and the host was very helpful. No aircon in main em-suite bedroom but there was a ceiling fan. Would recommend.

Lovely peaceful villa

We all very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very attentive and gave us recommendations on where to visit. We think air conditioning in all bedrooms would be beneficial in the hot summer months. Would visit again.

Excellent property, wonderful hosts, perfect holiday!

We had a lovely week staying at the villa at the end of October. Francis and Maica are very attentive and helpful hosts. Menorca is a beautiful island and the villa was the perfect location to explore the island. Thank you for everything.

This was a very cute authentically Spanish villa, the pool was amazing and it had everything you might need for a summer holiday. It’s perfectly situated for both Cala en Porter centre, (where there are various good value restaurants to choose from) and the beautiful bay and beach. We had a couple of issues when we were there which were acknowledged and sorted immediately by the English owner. Thank you for allowing us to rent your villa, we would definitely consider returning in the near future.

Wonderful time in this beautiful place

The property was immaculate. Everything was clean, tidy, organised and just as you would expect thoutful and caring hosts to have it. The pool was lovely and clean and the surrounding area clearly safe so for a family with young children - perfect! The only problem we all had was that the holiday came and went all too quickly but we all relaxed and felt very refreshed when we returned to England. Francis was most helpful whilst we were there, providing maps, clear directions and also advice as to good places to visit. He and his wife clearly take pride and care in what the do and at no point did we feel unwelcome! Thank you both for allowing us to come and stay and we definitely put this top of our list of places we have stayed compared to other properties like this. We hope to come back again one day!

Tolles Haus, sehr nette Gastgeber :) sie geben sehr viele hilfreiche Infos und sind sehr herzlich! Schöner grosser Pool. Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage. Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen dort verbracht. Ein Auto zu mieten ist ein Vorteil. Im Dorf befinden sich jedoch eine Menge Restaurants und Supermärkte.

Menorca es una apuesta segura: por sus aguas turquesa, su costa salvaje, la belleza de su patrimonio… pero aún más por la amabilidad de sus habitantes, que hacen que cada estancia sea inolvidable. Y aquí también ayuda el entorno, porque no es fácil encontrar una casa tan acogedora y disfrutable como los Cerezos, con su vegetación exhuberante, tamaño perfecto para una familia pequeña, y rincones para disfrutar tanto de un día soleado, como del mejor atardecer. Nuestros anfitriones fueron la mar de agradables y serviciales, y se nota el mimo con el que cuidan la vivienda, y que se trasmite también a sus invitados. En resumen, si la vida te ofrece una pequeña aventura en Menorca, y es cerca de Cala En Porter, te recomendamos preguntes por Los Cerezos, para hacer aún mejor tu viaje…

Thank you Francis and Maica for a great stay in your beautiful home. We enjoyed your beautiful garden and pool. The house is very well equipped with everything we could have hoped for. The photos are very accurate.The view of the sea from the dining room made me smile every morning. We enjoyed many meals in the centre. The local beach is lovely for a refreshing dip. We had a car and enjoyed visiting lots of other places on the island. We look forward to returning in the future.

Wie auch die anderen waren wir von der Villa begeistert. Ruhig gelegen, liebevoll ausgestattet, mit so vielen schönen Möglichkeiten, sich zu entspannen. Alleine schon abends auf der Dachterrasse zu sitzen, etwas zu essen und den Blick aufs Meer zu haben war wunderschön.Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Menorca kommen wird diese Villa unsere erste Wahl sein.

Extremely friendly hosts

The villa is purely beautiful with a very cosy decor and fabulous garden. Children enjoyed playing in the pool a lot and exploring the roof terrace . The area is very safe and quiet with short commute to the town and the beach. Excellent place for a peaceful vacation. Our hosts were extremely friendly , flexible and supportive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic family villa

The house is absolutely beautiful, and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Loads of space and the garden is such a lovely space. The town centre is a 10 minute walk and has a supermarket that delivers for free, there are numerous bars and restaurants that cater to British tourists, it’s not quite an authentic Spanish experience. However, the capital of Mahon is far more cosmopolitan and had a brilliant port with great boat trips. I would recommend renting a car (which was super easy and worked out at about 30 euros a day from Bini cars) and visiting the amazing beaches that Menorca has to offer. The local beach is amazing and super kid friendly, and the beaches of Cala Galdana are a 25 minute drive away which is wonderfully tree lined. All in all a great holiday, we were lucky to have a chat with Francis about the island and Menorca one night. I would asbsolutely recommend this villa for your next stay.

A great villa with a lovely pool

This is a lovely villa with a fantastic pool and roof terrace. The grill and outdoor eating area are perfect and the location is very quiet but still close enough to the town and beach to walk to. Francis and Maria are attentive hosts and responded to one request we made with great speed! We had a fantastic time and would like to that Francis and Maria for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home.

Lovely family holiday

Our family of seven had a weeks stay at this lovely villa. Francis and Maica greeted us and warmly and showed us around. A lovely big kitchen a great outside area with bbq. Lovely garden and pool and outside eating area that we made good use of. A very hot week for us, and the walk into the centre of town was better in the slightly cooler evenings. Great places to eat and be entertained in the town. We all thoroughly loved our stay. Thank you

Family holiday

Lovely villa with fantastic outdoor space

A real home away from home with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The villa has a fantastic outdoor space with pool, garden, bbq and dining area. Francis was a pleasure to deal with over email and when we arrived. He was very helpful with recommendations and was on hand if any issues arose (not that any did). Would definitely recommend to friends/family and would love to stay again.

Lovely villa with a personal touch

We stayed here for a week; four adults and two young children. When we arrived we had a warm welcome and the villa was absolutely spotless. Things that set this villa apart from others: • We dealt directly with the owners face-to-face; it was nice to meet them in person after contact through email. They have an obvious deep love of the villa which shows through the attention to detail. • Other villas don’t have the personal touch of this one. All the pictures, ornaments, together with standard of kitchen make it feel so homely. • The outside space is something else. What attracted us to it was not a soulless tiled area with a pool, but a space filled with plants, flowers and trees. The smell when we stepped into the garden was amazing. It’s also a haven for wildlife which we particularly enjoyed. If we returned to Menorca and Cala En Porter, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I came to Menorca to look after my elderly parents who had retired out here and then fell in love not only with this beautiful island but also with the Spanish nurse who helped me look after them!! We're now married with a grown-up son and I work as a tour guide. I founded the Jeep Safari Menorca company, which though successful I decided to sell to have more time with my family.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

This used to be our home, but when we decided to move to the lovely village of Alaior to be closer to our son's school and to work, we decided to keep it on as a holiday let. I used to spend many fantastic holidays here and my wife and I love it when our guests also have a great time here.
Menorca is a beautiful island, and besides that it's tranquil and very very safe.

This house has that unique home from home feel about it, which so many holiday lets lack. My wife enjoys decorating and gardening and she made the house so nice for all of the family.
