Located in the heart of Osage Beach; just around the corner from Margaritville Resort.

This spectacular 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo located at The Knolls will have you and the entire family coming back year after year!

Nearby restaurants: Red Heads Shorty Pants Land Shark Jefferies Steak House

When you stay at The Knolls you have access to resort style amenities like an indoor pool, outdoor pool, swim platform for the lake lovers, tennis courts, and playground.

The Unit: Master Bedroom- King bed with Private attached bathroom. Tub/ shower combo. Private patio overlooking the lake.
Guest Bedroom 2- Queen bed with shared attached bathroom. Tub/shower combo.
Guest Bedroom 3- Two full beds with private attached bathroom. Tub/shower combo with double sinks. Walk out to patio.

Livingroom/ Kitchen- Updated kitchen in 2021. All utensils, plates, cups etc are supplies. Livingroom has a 32in TV. Large dining table for 8 guests.

Patio: BBQ grill and seating for 6 guests. Enjoy the evening and listen to the boats passing by. All tv's inside the unit are smart tv's or have Roku's attached. All Linens and Towels are supplies for indoor usage only. Please bring lake or pool towels.

We are a Property Management Company and are available 24/7. We have an emergency hotline number located in the binder in the property.

This unit is located in the classic condominium complex The Knolls. They offer an indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis court, a playground, clubhouse, exercise room, basketball court, fishing dock, and swim platforms.

Public transportation is limited. Osage Beach has uber.

A rental agreement will need to be signed upon reservation confirmation.

Girls weekend

Nice place to stay, clean, comfortable enough for 7 to fit nicely and visit, eat, sleep. Pool was uphill, but easily driveable. Fun addition was fireworks the first night we could see from the balcony! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall good.

The property is very spacious for a condo. The third bathroom was a nice feature to have. Location from the pool area was a haul but could have been drove. Also the tree in front of the balcony could use to go as it take almost all the view away.

Nice time at the Knolls

The property was nice. Unit was clean & large enough for my group of 7 people. Kitchen not well outfitted. Mattresses are not good. Needs better maintenance, dishwasher was drain was plugged when we tried to use it. We would return to the Knolls just not that unit.

Knolls Stay

We were already familiar with the property and it is a great facility. The process to complete payment and finalize the reservation was a little confusing, but I'm a worrier anyway. Condo was nice and clean and close to our other family.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and the fact that each bedroom had a bathroom. The accommodations matched the pictures and it was a great location across from margaritaville and close to redheads. Nice deck overlooking the lake. Only minor complaint would be relatively small tv's in the rooms with one room with no tv. In today's age, I would expect much larger tv's and mine was missing volume remote too. Other than that great place.

Perfect for our family of 4

We loved our stay here. The condo was very spacious and we were able to spread out during our stay. I loved that there was a "kids room" and bathroom that was all theirs. Our kids loved it too. My husband and I both worked remotely one day during our stay and our son did virtual school for a day. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and be productive. Management was very responsive to any issues that came up, which was very much appreciated. The indoor pool was AWESOME and we spent a lot of time there. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

We stayed at the condo for a quick weekend getaway. Was even more spacious than we realized from pictures! The views off the deck are amazing, we would love to see the views in the summertime. Condo had everything we needed. Would recommend

Wish we had time

At this property there are a lot of things to do and see. We were in town for a trap shoot so we didn’t have much time to enjoy them. The property is clean, but some parts are dated. It served us well for our purpose.

The condo was difficult to find, property signs are not well located when you drive in. Condo is dated & is in need of updates. Carpets are worn & the overall condo was less than clean. When we arrived we could tell no one had stayed there for some time due to the presence of spiderwebs.

Great location! Property was good, but could use updating, especially the bathrooms. Outside of property could use some TLC. For example, many of the outside lights had weeks, if not months, of cobwebs on them. Cleaning them would enhance the overall appearance. Overall, it was a great experience and my family and I plan to be back.

2020 Road Trip

Property and location was great. However, when we arrived the keyless entry pad did not work, we contacted property management who had to let us in. The over all property was in great shape, however the kitchen floor needed to be cleaned.

Great trip with plenty of space

This property was exactly what we expected. It smelled like fresh lemons from cleaning when we walked in which is a welcome smell during a pandemic. We had enough room for four adults and three kids. Loved having three full bathrooms for that many people. Beds were a little on the firm side and the cold water wouldn’t turn on in the master bath sink but there hot water worked fine. Wasn’t a big deal for us. We did have some remotes for the TVs that needed new batteries and they brought us new ones right away. Very fast communication with the property manager. We really enjoyed the pools and swimming off the swim dock that was right in front of the condo. We stayed mostly in the middle of the week and it wasn’t too crowded. We were very conscious of crowds given the pandemic but really never had an issue and felt totally comfortable. Grill and kitchen worked great for meals.

Great girls getaway!

Property was as described, large and clean, and in a great location. The resort pools were awesome! The only thing I wish we would have had was a can opener and sharper knives but overall had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location

Great condo for 4 adults and 4 teens. Very comfy and fantastic location. Only negative was the pools were not open and we did not know until after we paid. There is a swim dock and small beach for the lake that a lot of kids were enjoying, just was not something our teens wanted to do.

Perfect for a good value stay

Lots of potential

The only reasons I'm giving this condo 3 stars is #1 the condo is outdated, which the new owner plans to address over the winter, and #2 the reservation process was frustrating, as you either have to pay a refundable damage deposit plus the insurance, or pay the refundable damage deposit plus another refundable damage deposit three times the original - so it felt like I was being bullied into buying the insurance. I rent from the Knolls property owners quite frequently and most damage deposits are only half the amount of this one and no one requires any more. This was misleading, and the only reason we opted for this condo was because we waited until the last minute to reserve one. Otherwise, my feedback for the management company is super positive! They are very quick to respond and professional! I think this condo has a ton of potential, but the actual price right now for what you are getting is missing the mark. Outdated furniture and bathrooms, uncomfortable beds, and very limited equipment in the kitchen makes it very difficult to justify the price they are currently asking. Do some research on other Knolls condos to bring this one up to date, and reconsider your damage deposit practices. Also consider plugging the TV in to cable - if your guests don't have Netflix, etc. They have zero access to basic TV. The Knolls is a great option for a condo rental at LOTO - the amenities here are great!

Fun Lake Week with Family

Fantastic location! Very spacious. Safe neighborhood. Lots of fun activities around condo: lake, pool, basketball and tennis courts. Needs updating and a thorough cleaning. Bring toilet paper, paper towels and coffee (only enough stock for 2 days). No cable but had Hulu and Netflix. Outlets not working in master bathroom and several other areas. New owner that plans to update over winter. Lots of potential for this great location! We had a FUN time!
