This waterfront 3 Enclosed Bedrooms, 2 Bath condo has a spectacular lake view of the main channel that goes on for miles! This condo also has the afternoon shade in the summer, so you don't have to sit in the heated sun to enjoy the view of the lakes and non- stop boats going by. Located in the heart of Osage Beach, this unit is close to all the activities the lake has to offer and at the 21 mile marker by water.

This unit is right on the main channel and the views are spectacular from our large deck, Electric Grill and a tv to enjoy your favorite sport or show.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for all your cooking needs
The Master Suite has a King-size bed, private bath, cable TV, and an AWESOME lake view. The 2nd Bedroom also has a King-size bed, Roku TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed, Roku TV and shares the common shared bathroom that is located in the hallway. We also have a Queen size Sofa Bed in the Livingroom.

Gather in our spacious living room area and watch your favorite shows on the Large Screen TV OR Have fun out on our EXTRA LARGE deck watching all the boats go by or just sit and watch your favorite show on our flat screen tv.
Bring along your laptop and log onto our High-Speed Internet with Free Wi-Fi!

This condo is in the Heart of Osage where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants and pubs, shopping, miniature golf, Music Hall, Tax rides & Uber are also available and inexpensive to travel.

We supply all the linens, bath towels, toilet paper, bath soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry soap. All you need to do is pack your clothes and bring your favorite food. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we enjoyed getting it ready for you!

Great Place to Stay

Ledges is a great place to stay and centrally located to all the entertainment. The hosts were excellent and provided an easy check and check out. The condo was clean and spacious. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Ozarks.

This place is close to everything!!! The view is fabulous. It was stocked with everything you should need. The owners answered very quickly with questions and detailed what we needed to do. I will be booking this condo for future trips.

Family friendly, right on lake

We brought our family of 7 for a conference. It was cold and rainy so we didnā€™t get to enjoy being outside but the deck overlooks right on the river with a grill and nice seating. Inside is as described and owners were very quick to respond to questions.

Beautiful view of the main channel. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen & nice grill on the deck. TV in every bedroom, which the kids loved. We would definately return to this unit.

Quick trip before school begins

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were great. Each child had their own bedroom. There were 2 very large bedrooms which were nice. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck in the morning and evenings watching the boats. We did not enjoy the spiders on the deck but I imagine it is hard to keep them away. Nice and relaxing 4 days away

Family get away.

My wife and daughters and I enjoyed a 5 day getaway that included a busy weekend at the lake and a quiet few weekdays so we got the best of both worlds. The condo is located close to everything, but at the entrance to a quiet cove. The building is just one building over from a pool that is at the westward point to enjoy unobstructed sunset swims. The rooms are large, the furnishings are comfy, there are TVs everywhere with great channel selection and WiFi. We door dashed food a few times and went out to waterfront dining a few times. All are extremely convenient from this property. We plan on coming back as this is an ideal location for time with the family.
