Welcome to your entire private apartment located in Central Delhi near Connaught Place & New Delhi Railway Station, next to ITO metro station. This entire apartment comes with cosy interiors, is fully air-conditioned with a private bathroom & a fully-equipped kitchen which is not shared. Most tourist attractions are only 15-20 mins away & we offer private tours for our guests as well. The airport is just 30 mins away & public transport is easily available. The apartment offers the experience of being a part of a local community with its friendly neighbors and peaceful neighborhood.

The most unique thing about our apartment is the excellent interiors and the great location. The Gate number 5 of Delhi Gate Metro Station as well as ITO metro station are at a walking distance of 7 minutes only. However, please note that the apartment is on a narrow street and car can reach till 300 meters away from the apartment, to the parking area. We offer free luggage service to all our guests.

It is a 2 bedroom apartment with spacious rooms; please note that there is no common living area other than these rooms, but both of them are well-furnished and offer privacy. The guests can access entire apartment including kitchen and washrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with LPG Gas stove, RO water machine, all the utensils for cooking as well as serving. The wash room will be provided with toiletries.

We also have a dedicated manager, Mr. Ravindra to assist you with your stay.

This apartment is in a colony where the residents have been living with their families for many years. They are peace loving in nature, but at the same time are more than willing to help the guest in case of any contingency. You will definitely feel welcome as a part of their quaint world!

All the major sight seeing options like Akshar Dham, India Gate, Jama Masjid, Red Fort,, Humayun's tomb Connaught Place, Raj Ghat, Parliament House, Supreme Court and pragati Maidan are located within a radius of 2-3 kms only. They can be acessed by metro as well as tuk tuk and cabs. We will be happy to assist you.

Please note that we do provide freshly cooked home made breakfast. However, the same is not complimentary. We charge Rs 125 per person per day for breakfast and Rs. 200 per day per person. Please make note of the same. We offer free house keeping facility every alternate day too.

This is a low income neighborhood called Vikram Nagar and is right besides Feroze Shah Kotla Fort. We usually receive our guests on the main gate of Fort and take them to the apartment with luggage service provided. There is a 'Dhaba' nearby where the food is cheap and tasty. The option of take away and home delivery is available. Please insist on hygiene while ordering food. The neighbors are peace loving citizens and live with their family. Thus it is a very safe neighborhood. However, please do not expect this colony to be very posh. We have, therefore, kept the price reasonable. Free public parking is available about 300 meters from the building. ITO and Delhi Gate Metro Station are at walking distance of 7 minutes only. Uber and Ola cabs are easily available. The bus stand is located at a walking distance of 5 minutes only. We will be happy to assist you with services of local taxi and airport pick up and drop.
