The home features 3 distinct living areas and dedicated TV viewing area with 5 flatscreen TV's located in the living room, all 3 bedrooms and the outdoor covered patio. The large, oversized master bedroom is an oasis unto itself with a sitting area, jacuzzi tub and private outdoor patio.

The modern gourmet kitchen is FULLY stocked with cookware, utensils, cups, dishes, glassware, serving platters, crock pot, blender, Keurig coffee maker and everything else you need to cook gourmet meals!

Enjoy the back yard view from your kitchen window with French Doors leading to the oversized, resort-style yard with sparkling full-sized heated pool and waterfall! The home backs a private tree-lined greenbelt, so you'll have total privacy!

Perfect for outdoor entertaining, this home features three separate covered patio areas, flatscreen TV, outdoor BBQ and elevated pool deck to for watching perfect sunsets.

Located within walking distance of Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping centers, you are minutes away from upscale shopping and dining!

Wonderful home in a fantastic location

Three of us adult couples rented this home for a long weekend while visiting some local Scottsdale friends and the home was fantastic and so was the owner Diane. Location is great as it's close to grocery, coffee and eateries as well as Kirland. We will absolutely be back for another stay.

This is a absolutely gem of a home. Tons of room, pool, BBQ grill and close to everything.

2 Week Spring Golf

Fantastic and charming house. Perfect backyard. Great proximity to everything. We felt like we were in a tropical private resort while in backyard pool area. Neighborhood very quiet and wonderful for walks and runs. Superb VRBO host.

Wonderful house in a great location

This rental has everything you could ever want for a fantastic getaway. The house is in a convenient location to restaurants and stores. The pool was clean and a real treat against the Arizona heat. Excellent stay

This was my second time staying at Diane's property and it was just as great as it was the first time. The house is wonderful, very clean and well stocked. We spend the majority of our time in the back around the beautiful pool and the many lounge areas. Diane is so accommodating and responsive, which makes the whole process so easy. We would love to come back again!

Great property, Great service. Relaxing property

We really had a great stay, such a beautiful backyard and pool area. Home has lots of nice places for conversation and grouping. Tons of great books! We had the washing machine break, and Diane (property owner), immediately coordinated with us and new appliance installation - the next day! Great experience.

The Perfect Place to Stay

We have stayed at several VRBO properties but this by far was the best one! The house and yard were beautiful. The host was friendly, attentive and responsive. I was impressed with how well -stocked the host keeps the house. Every detail, no matter how large or small, was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and located near several restaurants and shops. I know we will book a visit again soon.

Wonderful time away

It was hot! But the house was perfect to get away and have a relaxing , fun time in the heat of Scottsdale. Close to everything, quiet , peaceful home. Even some grass which was perfect for dogs. Yard was large and spacious and everything felt like a home away from home! Thank you!

As advertised!

Perfect private property with all the amenities. Ample kitchen supplies and everything you need for a stay-cay. Backyard is the highlight with sparkling pool and al fresco dining. Springtime brings much wildlife: bunnies, and baby quail within reach, so monitor any pets to preserve them in this natural setting in quiet neighborhood. Perfect for adult family gathering.

Great location!

My family and I stayed at this home for 2 weeks in December to enjoy the warm weather and break-up online school. We could not have been more pleased with our choice! Diane was very responsive and helpful. We loved being near parks, Kierland, and lots of great hiking. School and work from the home were a breeze. The house has everything you could possibly need.

Welcome! My name is Diane and I'm originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2002 and absolutely love it here! I'm currently a real estate broker so I know the area well. I chose to buy in the Kierland area because it popular, clean, beautiful and close to everything Scottsdale has to offer including; hiking, swimming, horseback riding, bicycling, golf, movies, great shopping, museums, sporting events and fine dining. The airport is also only 20 miles away!

I chose my home because it is spacious, private, quiet, backs a private greenbelt and is located in a lovely neighborhood with two nearby parks. I love the resort feel of my home and the fact that every room backs to the yard and offers multiple back patios to sit and enjoy the day. I love waking up each morning to see the sunrise and hear birds chirping. It's peaceful and restorative. I find it a wonderful place to rest, renew and relax. I hope you enjoy your stay and treat my home as your own!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Once you close the door and walk in this home, you will feel like you've been transported to an oasis. The entire home wraps around the back yard which in lined with trees for as far as the eye can see. You can see the yard from every room and there are three separate patios to sit and relax or entertain and invite friends over. The home has a bright, open, spacious feel due to the large, vaulted ceilings. I love even swims and taking long baths in the jetted master tub. In the morning, I love sitting by the window or on one of the outdoor patios and listening the morning doves sing. It is truly a special place.
