We have a wonderful newly renovated salle de fête (multipurpose room). Which can be used for:

- family reunions

- cinema (use of a projector)

Our front lawn area is spacious and is can be used for:
- outdoor group dining
- star gazing (we have a telescope that you can use)
- boules
- badminton
- archery
- football
- group party
- etc

The 5 renovated gites offer different sleeping arrangements to cater for up to 30 people. Perfect for different family groups to have their own space. Only €30 per person (age 15 years +) / €20 per child per night (age 4-14 years) infants age 3 or under are FREE!

The sleeping arrangements available are:
*La Feniere - sleeps up to 10 with 4 downstairs bedrooms

*L'Etable - sleeps up to 6 in 2 downstairs bedrooms with adjoining shower and toilet
- 1 double bed
- 1 king bed
- 1 double sofa bed (upstairs)

*Le Grenier - sleeps up to 6 in 2 upstairs bedrooms
- 1 double bed
- 2 single beds
- 1 double sofa bed (in lounge area)
- Lounge area includes wood heater

*La Cave - sleeps up to 6 in a ground floor gite
- 1 double bed
- 2 single beds
- 1 double sofa bed in lounge area

*Le Studio - sleeps up to 3 in a ground floor gite
- 1 king bed
- 1 single bed (on mezzanine floor)

Each gite has FREE WiFi and a self-contained kitchen with pots, saucepan, oven, fridge, suitable crockery and glassware. We live in the main house and can help with any problems or suggest day trips.

Living areas in the gites provide both dining table and lounge areas with TV including Amazon Firestick / Netflix.

Bed linen is not provided for guests but can be upon request and a small fee. Since covid we encourage that you bring your own towels for showers and swimming pool.

Baby cots and high chairs are available if required.

See the wonderful views to the Pyrénées. Feel the coolness of our swimming pool (inc. toddlers pool) on a hot summer's day. Hear the wildlife in the pond and orchard area and get packed to "Relax, Explore, Enjoy".

The property is centrally located so that you can explore the traditional Gers towns of Auch, Fleurance, Condom and Vic Fezensac to the north whilst to the south we have access to the Pyrénées, Lourdes Cathedral, Tour de France and dotted close by are smaller hamlets to enjoy the fine culinary delights of the region.
