Villa La Luna is a privately owned, top-floor oceanfront penthouse with Mexican-inspired design and expansive views. It is the only multi-story three-bedroom residence at Casa Del Mar, offering exceptional privacy and space. The home features a full-size kitchen, comfortable living areas, and all the conveniences of home in a luxury resort setting.

Whether you’re looking for tranquility, quality time with loved ones, or a memorable coastal escape, Villa La Luna is thoughtfully equipped to meet your needs.

Important Notes:
• This is not an all-inclusive resort. Spa services, restaurants, café, bar, beach cabanas, and other amenities are pay-as-you-go.
• Guests have access to the resort’s six pools and beautifully maintained grounds.
• Airport transportation and concierge services can be arranged upon request.
• The property is owner-managed and advance arrival coordination is required for access.
• Seasonal construction may occur in the area between mid-May and mid-October.

Marc, the Host, was awesome - very communicative. Casa Del Mar is awesome too - quiet, boutique-style, no more than 10 people on the entire beach area each day, and we go during a busy season. Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Marc's condo is superb. Roomy, great views, very well furnished.

Beautiful Property

This was a beautiful property facing the ocean with wide sliding glass doors. Great bedding. Tasteful decorations. Excellent communication from owner. We opened the windows each night and fell asleep to the cool breeze and sound of the surf. Haven’t slept that well in years. Thank you, Marc!

Very relaxing and enjoyable

We have stayed in several VRBOs and this unit was by far the cleanest and best equipped that we have stayed in. The pool area is nice and the beach is just a few steps away! We could watch whales from our room. The two floors was benifical as we had two young adults/teenagers with us and it provided them space away from the annoying parents! Marc has very high cleanliness standards so if you are exceptionally messy and do not want to follow the unit guidelines it's best to move onto another unit . The complex is quiet and peaceful. We did not drink the water but finally broke down and had a few drinks at the bar with no issues and I am one that gets sick every time I visit Mexico from the ice. Marc was quick to reply to any questions that we had. The only semi negative is this is not part of the hotel and staff can be strange about that, but after the initial day and comments it never came up again and we enjoyed the services offered. The other owners that were staying in the complex were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was also a bit of confusion when we checked in but in all fairness we checked in a day earlier then originally planned

8 days in heaven

We had an ocean front condo that was 2 story and beautiful- it included housekeeping service - everything was absolutely lovely including our ocean front views from our balcony - would highly recommend- lastly the men out front of the hotel were incredibly helpful with transportation and directions as well as polite, friendly and professional- we have nothing but praise for the facilities and staff

Stay at La Luna 302

Stunning property. The moment you enter the property you feel rested. Grounds are beautifully manicured, pool chairs are always available, swim up pool bar and fantastic service. 5 min drive to San Jose. Highly recommend. Marc the host was very hospitable, the room has everything you could ever need. Highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back!

Stunning Amazing Place

The condo is exactly as represented, maybe better. The place was immaculate. The decor was tastefully authentic. The view was unbeatable, note that the only balcony is off the bedroom on the main floor. The wifi worked, the towels were fluffy soft, the beds were comfortable, we hit the jackpot with this place. The location could not be better. So easy to get to hotel pool and amenities. Marc provides a book with places to eat and things to do, he is a top notch owner. He answered all our questions promptly, helped put us in touch with the hotel for airport transfers even though he was out of the country himself. We did not have one problem, not one issue and to top it off Marc was so very accommodating and allowed a late check out for us. This place is very well taken care of ‘home’ I felt like I was staying at my friends place. Thank you Marc!

Oh what a place!

From check in to check out this place was a true 5 star experience! Marc was so helpful when we had questions, he got right back to us. The condo is just amazing the view is unbeatable from every room. We loved the housekeeping! The beach is super quiet and relaxing. Thanks Marc for sharing your wonderful vacation retreat.

Quiet, oceanfront setting in a central location

Unique 2-level villa on top floor with wide views of beach and sky, filled with Mexican craft pieces. The kitchen is built for a tall person and has a counter-height fridge, with a 2nd standard one in the laundry room. Swim-able beach at nearby Hilton, 20-min walk.

The PERFECT Getaway

This condo exceeded all expectations. The check in was so easy and I was surprised to see that the location of this penthouse is right on the beach... with a gorgeous view of this practically private beach. Every amenity was included that we needed... so clean, and comfortable. The rest of the resort and staff were amazing. I recommend this property to anyone considering a nice quiet Cabo getaway.

Superb

The favorable online reviews I read were spot on accurate. Clean, complete and in order place. We had great time. Balcony and sitting area views directly overlooking the beach. We saw whales on most days. The resort staff was beyond helpful and courteous. Couple of questions and requests from Marc were handled promptly and sufficiently. The premises are clean and safe. Restaurant is not that cheap but decent food and excellent ambiance. Would go again!

Great stay in Cabo

My boyfriend and I booked this villa for a long weekend. The location is great, right in between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo.. about 15 min to each. Only about 10 min from one and only pamilla. The views were amazing! Looked at the beach from our balcony. I cannot say enough about the amazing communication w the owner Marc and the on-site guy Isiac. Marc arranged for us to have a stocked villa w alcohol , wine champagne and food, we just emailed him our list. Marc also put us in touch w a private chef and arranges couples massage right in our room! Both were amazing. We also got in touch w the concierge at the resort, he was amazing in arranging transpiration and all of our dinner reservations. There are three full bathrooms, two bedrooms w a queen bed, the third bed is small, like a twin.. so not good for 3 couples.. maybe 2 couples and a kid This resort is very quite and nice, can’t really walk anywhere, but taxi were always available, I did not use Uber while I was there. Golf was amazing as well, we played across the ateeet at Cabo real.. gorgeous course I would definitely book again

Excellent property

Great views from this PH nested within the Hotel, which is very convenient. Very clean, staff very courteous and housekeeping daily was a plus. Also great they have the Covid tests onsite, so no hassle there. Golf, Supermarket, restaurants within a short drive. Highly recommend it.

Great place to stay!

Our family stayed for 10 days and it was wonderful (with our 20 year old and 17 year old). There was plenty of room and amazing views. Marc, the owner, had chips and fresh guacamole waiting for us when we arrived. It's just a short walk to the pool, jacuzzi and beach. We would absolutely stay there again!

Beauty and peace

302 La Luna at Casa Del Mar is a beautiful spot. The unit is beautifully decorated and very well maintained, with daily cleaning service. The location can’t be beat, right on the beach with the sound of waves lulling you to sleep. You can be as private as you like or dine, swim, spa and more. The staff at the Casa Del Mar resort are so kind and helpful. Beautiful gardens. A real find.

We spent a wonderful 10 day stay at your beautiful condo. The location, amenities, cleanliness(which I am a stickler for), and finishes all exceeded our expectations! Cabo Beachfront Condo

This 2-level condo is a beautiful vacation home overlooking the ocean between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Views are unparalleled, including the whale sightings! The entire Casa Del Mar complex is beautifully landscaped & maintained, with a tranquil, paradise-like atmosphere. The building elevator or stairs lead to the 3rd story front door & upon entry you find an authentically-appointed Mexican casa. Marc has supplied everything you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable, including washer & dryer and maid service. Little-mentioned but important features to us were the beds - extremely comfortable - and 2 great showers with invigorating water pressure. The bed and bath linens were also very nice! The condo is advertised as having 3 bedrooms, but I have to explain that the top floor configuration is really one big room with louvered doors dividing a room with a king size bed and a secondary bedroom with a full size bed turned sidewise - perfect for a couple children or one teen. In other words, this floor would make an ideal suite for a family, but not enough privacy for 2 couples. Our party of 2 couples comfortably stayed each on a separate floor. Marc was very responsive to emails, answered our questions before and during our very delightful stay & supplied a comprehensive guide to restaurants and "things to do" around Cabo! We came down to Mexico to escape the cold northern California winter & thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Luna! Thank you!
