Indulge yourself in luxury at this gorgeous and private 2nd floor, 2 bedroom Villa located at the Casa Del Mar villas in Los Cabos. Very few residences come close to capturing the incredible panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez that this Villa boasts located directly on the beach. Not only can you privately enjoy the incredible view from the HUGE patio, but the open floor plan allows you to take in the view from the kitchen and living area, and BOTH of the 2 bedrooms have new sliding glass doors to these exceptional views. Imagine waking up to the sound of waves crashing, than walking right out to the sand on what seems to be your own private beach.

The Villa features custom style design in every room, including arched brick ceilings, stainless steel kitchen appliances and marble countertops. Since this is privately owned, we have decorated and cared for our place accordingly with beautiful artwork, quality furniture and fine linens.
At over 1700 sq. ft. the unit features a large master suite with a king sized bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower. A second bedroom suite has two queen size beds and a full bathroom w/newly remodeled walk-in shower and modern design. Both oceanfront bedrooms are separated by the living areas, affording each bedroom maximum privacy- the perfect choice for either a family or adults traveling together.

Both bedrooms are oceanfront- unlike the majority of the other 2 bedroom condos at Casa Del Mar where the second bedroom has no ocean view or balcony. The newly remodeled larger balcony space provides room enough outside on this oceanfront balcony for a dining table, lounge chairs and deck chairs--all completely private

We share the grounds with the exclusive Zoetry Casa Del Mar Hotel. While we are independent of the hotel , their services including spa, concierge, pool towels, pool food and beverage service as well as access to hotel restaurants and workout room are all available on a pay as you go basis.
Our guests have free access to all the resort pools, beach chairs and umbrellas and tennis courts. We also supply our own beach towels in our villa as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Also, there are many exceptional restaurants a short walk or drive from our resort.
Casa Del Mar is located on the “Corridor”—mid-way between the bustling tourist community of Cabo San Lucas and the quaint, art-filled town of San Jose del Cabo and provides easy access via car, taxi, or shuttle bus from the airport. It’s a first class condominium community with the extra bonus of having a 5-star boutique hotel on the same property just steps from our villa. Comfortable beach and pool chaise lounges with many inviting swimming pools are set in lush tropical landscaping that is impeccably kept. The hacienda-styled complex is gated and guarded with 24 hour security. This is not a high-rise and densely built resort; no crowded beaches here...Casa del Mar offers beauty and elegance without the commercial trappings and crowds of many resorts located in the Cabo area.
