This 2BD 2BA cabin is newly furnished for your enjoyment. An open floor plan with vaulted pine plank ceiling living area adds to the ambiance of the cabin lifestyle. This relaxing living room environment also includes a gas fireplace and has and a flat screen with Dish Satellite. Master BDRM with flat screen with DirectTV cable. Enjoy holidays and 4 seasons with bedrooms large enough for family and guests. Great for alone time too. We also stock firewood for your enjoyment with the outdoor fire pit. Plenty of parking.

Horseback riding for adults and children is available right in Bison Ranch so you don`t have to go anywhere else to do it. Take advantage of an exclusive discount we have negotiated for horseback riding If you stay in our cabin. Just let us know after your rental so we can secure the discount. There are also family discounts available. The kids can also hook a winner in the catch-and-release fishing pond, and there is a playground for the kids . You`ll also find a volleyball court, basketball court.
Several of the merchants offer a discount at their establishments when staying in our cabins. The first one is for horseback riding ( Wayne ). Just need to let us know when and how many people will be horseback riding and he offers 5 % off when staying in one of our cabins . The second one is Casa Ramos Restaurant. He is giving a dollar off the first House Margarita . We have coupons for that .we will send you those coupons when you rent one of our cabins . We have a caterer that will deliver for free to any of our cabins . You just pay him for the food directly. We have a 10 % discount at the escape room .we now have a company in Overgaard that rents out RZR . You get a discount there . Will explain once booked
There are several lakes surrounding the Heber / Overgaard area : Woods Canyon Lake , 20 miles west of the cabin . Willow Springs Lake , 15 miles west of the cabin . Black Canyon Lake , 10 miles west of the cabin . Show Low Lake , 30 miles east of the cabin . They are stocked periodically with fish . Each lake has several species of fish .There are boat rentals at some of the lakes.

Bison Ranch is ideally located to explore all the attractions and activities in the area including horseback riding to ancient petroglyphs, hiking through the tall pines and mountain biking rugged trails through flowering deserts, ancient rock art sites, fishing, boating and much more.

Important notes-
Bison Ranch is a quiet and friendly cabin community where local residents enjoy their peace and quiet in the evenings. No loud noises/music after 8pm please so as not to disturb neighboring cabin residents. Please respect the neighbors as you would want to be treated . Relax and enjoy your mountain retreat.

Pets - we only allow dogs . Dog`s must be on a leash at all times outside of the cabin or fenced back yard and you must pick up any poop and deposit it in the trash or green doggie poop bins located around the subdivision. If you leave the dog in the cabin alone for any reason it must be in a dog crate so as not to damage anything in the cabin.

No swimming or playing in the pond as they treat it to prevent algae etc.
