Cozy Bear Cabin with Hot Tub

A Beautiful Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Cabin . Located in the White Mountains. A fenced in backyard . There are hiking trails, trails for ATV s , horseback riding within walking distance of cabin. 5 lakes within a 25 mile radius of cabin . Catch and release pond about 100 yards out the back door. There is a fire pit for your enjoyment. Firewood is supplied. If you have a larger group of people and want to be close by. We have more cabins available, within a 2 minute walk from the cabin.

The Cozy Bear Cabin is a place to relax. Has everything imaginable for your cooking needs . This cabin is for your enjoyment year round . Cool down from the valley heat here . The temperature is around 25 degrees lower than Phoenix. At the same time durning the winter you can come play in the snow with your family. The hot tub makes it that much cozier.
Cozy Bear Cabin is located in the Bison Ranch Association. We have many amenities there , basketball court, tennis court, volleyball ball court . We supply the equipment for each of these sports . There is a catch and release pond which you can use with barbless hooks . Next to the catch and release pond there is a playground for children.
Ramey Ranch is walking distance form the cabin . It is horseback riding. If you decide to go horseback Wayne will give you 5% off if you stay in one of our 4 cabins . If you have 7 or more in your riding party he gives a family rate . Let us know ahead of time if interested in riding. We will give Wayne the information on your party and make sure of the discount.
Casa Ramos Restaurant is offering $ 1.00 of first House Margarita if you stay in our cabins . we will send you a coupon upon your rental for this discount . There food is excellent and we can not say enough about the margaritas . We have a caterer that will deliver to any of our cabins for free. You would pay for the food directly to the caterer. We have an agreement with the owners of the Escape Room to give the renters of our cabins a 10% discount. We have a new deal with a company in Overgaard that rent out RZR s . You will receive a discount there also if staying in any of our cabins . The discount will be explained after you book .

There are several lakes surrounding the Heber / Overgaard area : Woods Canyon Lake , 20 miles west of the cabin . Willow Springs Lake , 15 miles west of the cabin . Black Canyon Lake , 10 miles west of the cabin . Show Low Lake , 30 miles east of the cabin . They are stocked periodically with fish . Each lake has several species of fish .There are boat rentals at some of the lakes.
We only accept dogs as pets
When bringing a dog to the cabin , you are required to have a dog crate . The dog(s) can not be left unattended in the cabin unless they are in the dog crates . Any time the dogs leave the cabin , they have to be on a leash . You are responsible for picking up after the dog (s) after they go the bathroom. They are not allowed in others yards .

- with a pet you have to have a dog crate . The dog can not be left in the cabin by itself . needs to be in the crate.
