Amazing location! The home is very close to Downtown Tampa, other attractions, and parks. The house is cozy with a contemporary design; 3 bedrooms , 2 bathroom , living room and dining room; kitchen and laundry area. you'll feel like you never left home.
Close by places:
The home is 2.5 miles from Bush Gardens , 3.1 miles from Adventure Island. Ybor city , Zoo , Science Museum , Aquarium , Hard Rock Hotel and Casino , I4 , I75...45 minutes away from Clearwater Beach; and more! There are Restaurants, Supermarkets & pharmacies JUST MINUTES AWAY!!

The house is available only for guests, in the garage there is an apartment, but it is independent to the house. Any questions about this, contact us, we will be pleased to assist you. A extra cleaning fee was charge by stay more than 15 days.

Host was a great communicator and very pleasant. House was clean and just as described.Amenities were super basic. No hand soap, no hand towels, no dish towels.

Clean quiet home. Would stay again. Small disclaimer there is no oven in this home. Plenty of small appliances though. Plus is we learned you can do frozen biscuits in an air fryer. :o)

Listing was great! Neighborhood was super quite. House was extremely clean, smelled great! Back yard is incredible, lots of trees and shade. Owner was very communicative, check in was ridiculously easy. Lots of extra blankets, plenty of pillows and towels.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The pictures were nice, but the house in person was even more impressive. From the moment we walked in, it smelled amazing, was spotless, spacious, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay again. Yusnel was amazing to work with—very responsive and quick to help. I actually made a huge mistake on my booking, but he rectified it right away, allowing my family and I to enjoy a wonderful time in Tampa. 10/10, hands down!!

Great rental!

I had a great time. The place was very nice with a lot of space and nice backyard. The owner was great and I had great communication with him. I would recommend it!

Needs improvement

Things were a little dated as far as tvs and appliances, beds where not very comfortable what soever but the air was nice and cold wifi was good bathrooms need some plumbing work and showers need new shower heads water pessure wasnt right or something was just wrong with showerheads lots of ants and a couple a roachs but over all very nice place would return with issue fixed

deep dissatisfaction "Trust the negative reviews"

This rental was for from 06/27-07/01 and it has been the worst experience I have ever had with your company. Upon arrival, I was unable to gain access to the property. I immediately contacted the VRBO team, but it took several hours before they could reach the property owner. This significant delay left me stranded and without accommodation for an extended period, causing great inconvenience and stress. To make matters worse, when the VRBO team finally responded, they suggested that I find alternative accommodation and indicated that I might be refunded. This response was far from satisfactory, considering the circumstances. Eventually, when the owner did contact me, it was regarding issues with the air conditioning system, which I had not reported. This implies that the owner was already aware of these problems before my arrival and yet did nothing to rectify them in advance. It took nearly the entire day to resolve these issues, further cutting into my already limited vacation time. The culmination of these issues took up two full days of my four-day trip, significantly diminishing the enjoyment and relaxation I had anticipated. To add to the disappointment, the property was infested with ants, a problem that should have been addressed before my arrival. This experience has left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied.

Never Again

While approaching the house, we noticed that many houses in the immediate area had bars on the windows and were really in poor condition. Also, there were many people hanging out on the streets staring as we drove by, making us very uncomfortable. Upon entrance of the house, we noticed dead geckos and bugs on the floor and also some sort of animal feces on the living room window sill. Also, there was a TV monitor with camera footages on display for the entire perimeter of the exterior of the home (there apparently has been crime on or nearby the property). We have a family with two children and had two of our closest friends with us and decided not to put any one of us in that type of potential danger. We contacted the owner and spoke with him then contacted VRBO about the situation immediately. VRBO also contacted the owner then stated that the owner could not speak English; however, he spoke to us in English very clearly. VRBO then stated the owner was no longer responding. For our safety, we vacated the premises and sent a message through the VRBO app stating that we had vacated the property.

Nice house- bad neigborhood

Overall the stay was good however- the neighborhood we were in did not seem very safe. There was always people walking around the neighborhood late at night- there was a security system in the house but you could tell the area was not a very safe place to stay. The furnishings were nice except for the master bed which was very hard to sleep on. There were only 3 washcloths provided and only one hand towel and 1 dish towel. There was 6 large towels. The pillows were not comfortable. There was no oven and no dishwasher on the home. There was no cable tv only internet that you could connect your internet tv stations to. But overall house clean and nice inside .

Bare bones

The house is sufficient. There are security cameras everywhere. While that is meant to be a safety feature, it made me feel insecure about the area that we were staying in that they were needed. While the washer and dryer are there, there are no products provided to do even a single load of laundry. There was only a single extra trash bag. We needed more than that living there for a few days. The floor tiles are cracked or loose throughout. It wasn't a huge deal for our family, but could be for walking around in bare feet or a crawling baby.

Nice house, Very responsive

Very clean place. Looked like it was recently renovated. I had a slight issue with the key pad when we first arrive but Yusnel picked up right away when I called and addressed the issue quickly. With 2 queen beds, bunk beds, and 2 full baths, there is plenty of space for a family. The only gripe I had was that the shower took a long time to heat up and wasn’t that hot As far as location, I wasn’t a fan unless the main purpose of your trip is to visit Busch Gardens. There were more fast food restaurants and mini take out shops then family style sit down restaurants. Also didn’t feel safe taking my little ones out for a walk. Other than that, Yusnel has a gorgeous house and was very responsive.

Cute little house sketchy area

House was nicely appointed. Seemed recently updated. Tile throughout home. Beds were very firm. I would recommend bringing your own pillows and bed topper. Clean and really well appointed kitchen. The ice machine didn’t work in refrigerator which was a bummer. The house was just fine for Vrbo house but biggest issue is the area it is located in. Very sketchy as you are driving to home and we had to visit the convenience store on the corner for ice since the machine was broken and while there were taken aback by the obvious drug addicts surrounding it. The house sits about a block from the sketchy area.

Family visit to Brandon, Fl

The houses is nice and clean with updates. However, the bed mattresses were extremely hard and made sleeping uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and the bed linen was thin and flimsy. Please invest more in the sleeping accommodations because adults need restorative sleep. We take vacations to relax and sleep is essential. Thank you

Convenient and Clean

The house was the perfect size for our family and convenient to all the places we had plans to go. Short hop to the zoo, Busch gardens, downtown, the bay, and out to the suburbs too. Wish we had known: no dishwasher, no drying rack, no colander, small coffee pot, (no oven - but that’s in the listing), minor issues with shower heads. Beds seemed newer, but very firm. Located in a quiet corner of the neighborhood near a school, but the arterial roads a few blocks away were busy and populated by pawnshops. Reminded us of when we lived in a city. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. Yusnel is quick to respond as a host and we appreciated that.
