Our 200 m2 villa, completely renovated in 2018, is located in Cap-Ferret (Piraillan) on a 900 m2 enclosed wooded plot with heated swimming pool comprising living room with fireplace, American kitchen, six bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
The area is very residential and very quiet.
The house is quietly located in Piraillan, 80 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the oyster port.
The market and shops are 5 minutes walk!
Access to the ocean is direct after a few minutes on foot or by bike in the forest.
The decoration of the house perfectly illustrates the spirit of Cap-Ferret.

Ground floor: 1 bedroom with 160 cm double bed (Simmons new bedding) 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds (Simmons new bedding) + 2 shower rooms + 1 WC
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with large 160 cm beds (Simmons new bedding) + 3 shower rooms and 1 bathroom + 1 WC.
The villa also has a sofa bed in one of the large bedrooms (in addition to the large bed).

Sheets, towels and household linen are provided.

The locality
Piraillan is one of the many small villages that follow one another and make up the Cap Ferret peninsula. Just a few minutes from the tip, the place is really nice, and often less crowded than the center. The prettiest and most typical part is probably the port and its original and colorful oyster tastings, at the water's edge, as well as the fishing village district.
The cabins are adorable, and the visit often has surprises in store: funny decorations, cat at the bend of a path, two abandoned horses ...
In the more urbanized part, we find all the useful small shops, and especially the big market place, which takes place every week. A pretty nature reserve, opposite the port, is also worth the detour: many species of animals are listed there, and the walk is pleasant and refreshing on hot days. A pretty village where you can stop for a picnic, for example, before leaving for the ocean!
