- 1 large living room with a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, pizza oven, beer dispenser, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer). The villa also has WIFI fibre access and TV.
- 1 outbuilding/parent's suite (bed 160 x 200cm) is also available, providing a break from the hustle and bustle of group holidays. It has a double bed, air conditioning, a shower room and separate wc.

THE TERRACES & THE SWIMMING POOL: enjoy sunny lunches with a plancha in this large, private outdoor area. Cool off in the heated swimming pool (secured by a padlock) with its outdoor shower, relax in the sun loungers, take part in a darts tournament and enjoy some sociable moments. The dining area / aperitif / summer kitchen (with fridge and sink) is also a great place for children and adults to enjoy their naps together.
4 adult mountain bikes and a small children's bike are also included.

PREMIUM SERVICES: Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, professional ecological cleaning and options on request (private chef, massages, additional bike hire, boat hire, etc.) for a turnkey stay.
Linen is washed using environmentally-friendly and hypo-allergenic products. Sheets are not provided for the cot.

CONSUMABLES: we provide the essentials for your arrival (salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper, coffee, ecological household products, etc.). We leave it up to you to add what you need during your stay.

WELCOME KIT: we provide a lovely welcome kit with every booking, made up of local products and little extras.
