Relax and settle in to this comfortable, well-equipped suite designed for easy city living. The space features one king bed and a queen pull-out sofa, making it a great fit for couples, families, or longer stays.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and dish soap you’ll need. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a shower dispenser stocked with Paya shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Thoughtful extras like water filtration and a starter bag of locally roasted coffee help you feel right at home.

Unwind with cable TV and stay connected with high-speed WiFi. Families are welcome, with a crib and high chair available upon request.

Please note: this unit is not pet-friendly, is located on the second floor with stair access only, and uses a keypad for entry. A coin-operated laundry room is available on-site for your convenience.

All of it stood out!! Nancy is a wonderful host. I had to make some changes to my booking and she was so nice and helpful! The room was one of the best places I've stayed in!! Very, very clean, very quiet and comfortable, everything we needed, if i could give it 1000 stars I would!! Thank you so much, we will be back if we come to Asheville again!!!

Great little stay in Asheville

My partner and I stayed at this location for 2 nights during a long weekend trip to Asheville. Check in was a breeze and the photos are totally accurate. Great location as well. Close to everything and right next door to a large brewery with a little walking trail. The place was overall appropriately clean—I did notice a stain/gunk on some of the decorative couch pillows and a bit of mold on the shower liner, but hey no big deal. Only thing I was a little disappointed about was that I messaged the property manager through the app a week or two before our scheduled trip inquiring about extending our stay on the front end—basically adding Thursday night to our already scheduled Friday Saturday stay. Though I followed up, I never heard back. It ultimately ended up being good for us—we stayed at a hotel in downtown Asheville on Thursday night so we got a good flavor of both downtown and west Asheville. Also having parking on site is a plus! There was street parking available as well but being able to park right outside made it super easy to carry stuff to and from the car. Overall a very good stay.

Great Location, Great Stay

Loved staying right across from New Belgium and enjoyed taking a long walk to Hole Donuts in the morning. Everything was great, and will stay here again next time I'm in Asheville. Nancy was an excellent host.

Great Studio in River Arts District.

Loved our stay! Studio apartment was very spacious and clean. Had all the supplies necessary and even had some local coffee to brew in the morning. Bed was comfortable which isn’t typically the case in a lot of properties we stay in. Able to walk to the brewery and also the Duck Taco location by the river.

Practically perfect in every way!

My wife and I came to Asheville to see if it was the kind of town we could buy our retirement home in. Our stay was excellent, in every respect. The place was centrally located amidst all the many delights that Asheville had to offer, and it was wonderfully clean, tidy, and organized. It was everything we needed and more. Nancy was a fantastic host and helped make sure our stay was awesome! Zero complaints.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The unit had everything we needed and was clean. The perfect location to all things we wanted to do and walking distance to New Belgium Brewery. We would definitely stay here again!

My New Favorite

Fair pricing, super clean, convenient location, and Nancy is awesome. So kind and helpful ☺️ I agree with the reviewer that wrote this place is a blend between a hotel experience and studio apartment. I'll expand to include some specifics others may find handy: // CLEANLINESS The space was spotless. Supplies are available for all of your needs. Paper towels, detergents, etc. all easily located. Also, I always check fabrics for bugs, mold and such. A+ // HUMIDITY I've got health issues that require me to travel with an air monitor. It's a pain, but it's helpful. It was drizzling the first afternoon of my stay, and the space gets pretty humid when it's damp outside. Got some sun the next couple days, so periodically opening the sliding back door and setting the HVAC to dry got it down to 65%. No biggie, but something to consider for my fellow curly girls or others with respiratory issues. // KITCHEN This was the most optimized kitchen I've seen in a rental. Everything I needed, organized and all easy to find. Scissors, hand towels, etc. The fridge was so clean it looksed brand new. Trash and recycling bins provided. Thoughtful treats on the counter for guests, so sweet. // BEDROOM Comfy foam or foam hybrid situation. Not super firm, but my back was okay after a couple nights in it. Sits low to the floor, which was fine for me but be mindful if you've got knees that talk back to you. Overall a great stay. I'll definitely book here again for a future visit.

Great location and property manager!

6 minute Uber to downtown which was convenient for enjoying the breweries. I would agree with other reviews in that you can hear people above you. It was convenient to have off street parking & felt way more like home than a hotel

Great location!

We had a great time in Asheville! The apartment is in a great location, easily walkable to New Belgium Brewery and just a short drive to downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the AC kept the space nice and cool on these hot summer days!

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and minutes from downtown shopping and activities.

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance to the River Arts District, River Row Flats is centrally located to most of Asheville's most loved attractions. We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
