The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 3 at the large kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably.

Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, outdoor sectional couch, dining table, and a gas BBQ!
The main floor master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a King Bed, TV and TV w/Dish. The connecting master bath features a soaking tub, large, dual-head tile shower, and double sinks. The guest bedroom on the main floor is furnished with a Queen Bed and TV w/Dish. There is a guest bath just outside the door with a tile walk-in shower.

Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is a master suite complete with a King Bed, TV w/Dish and private en-suite bath. The second bedroom boasts a King Bed, TV w/Dish, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The third bedroom features 2 sets of Twin over Full Bunk Beds, a Queen Hide-a-Bed Couch, and a large TV w/Dish. Located in the garage is a ping pong table!

**The owners of Fairway Lodge have a dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking.
