The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 3 at the large kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably. Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, outdoor sectional couch, dining table, and a gas BBQ!

**The owners of Fairway Lodge have a dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking.
