The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the amenities you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 5 at the large kitchen bar, and the over-sized dining table seats 8 comfortably.

* 1st main floor master bedroom has a king bed, TV w/DirecTV, direct access to the back patio and a private en-suite bath with large walk-in shower, a soaking tub and dual sinks.
* 2nd main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV w/DirecTV and a private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.
* 3rd bedroom on the main floor is a guest bedroom with a queen bed.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a TV w/DirecTV.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom with a king bed.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom is a bonus/bunk room with two sets of twin/full bunk beds, a couch and TV w/DirecTV and an XBox gaming console.
* The upper floor guest bedroom and bunk room are supported by a guest bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.

You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**
