Sherwin Villas has two outdoor jacuzzis, a dry sauna and laundry facilities. During the summer months, enjoy the tennis court, outdoor barbecue and swimming pool that are available to guests. No buses allowed at this complex. Sherwin Villas guests also have access to complimentary high speed wireless Internet while staying at the complex.

Sherwin Villas is located in the center of town on the corner of Meridian Blvd. and Old Mammoth Rd. Vons, Starbucks and many more shops and restaurants are right across the street from the complex, as well as the Mammoth Lakes movie theater! The free winter shuttle service to the mountain is located right in front of the complex. Mammoth Mountain is a short five and a half miles drive and there you can enjoy an eventful afternoon skiing, snowboarding, and more! The renowned Yosemite National Park is 40 miles west and it’s a must-see!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
