Escape to the Mountains and enjoy this spacious, cozy and comfortable Mountain Cabin, featuring two bedrooms and two full baths, spread out over two levels. This two-story condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, deck with gas grill, cozy wood-burning stove, and views over the community lawn and amazing complex amenities. The living room offers a large flat screen Smart TV with access to Streaming Apps, and enjoy the large deck overlooking a pleasant park-like setting with a view of the mountaintops. Perfect for the kids to play in the Summer or Winter time! With vaulted ceilings and a split level floorplan, the whole family can spread out and enjoy a Mountain getaway. The Master bedroom downstairs features a Queen bed with access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combo, TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with Twin over Twin on the bottom and an additional Twin bed, vanity with sink, and private deck. The living room offers a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. The additional full bathroom is on the upper level along with full kitchen, dining room with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to prepare all your family meals, Keurig coffee maker, and there is a stacked washer/dryer to provide all the comforts of home. The Villa de los Pinos complex is located on the Red Line shuttle and walking distance to the Vons shopping center, restaurants, movie theatre, Mammoth Creek park and playground, walking trails, Starbucks and even the new bowling alley complete with golf simulator. A short shuttle ride and you can access Eagle Lodge or Canyon Lodge for ski access. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The condo comes with two outdoor parking spaces, there is 1 step to enter, and 2 levels inside, and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. No smoking and no pets allowed. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. The location of the condo was centrally located for walking distance of grocery store, restaurants and nightlife. Condo was in fair condition. Toilet seats were loose.But the heaters worked to keep the condo warm

Great location, quiet and easy

No real problems other than the fact that there wasn't a coffee maker (there was a Keurig, but no pods) and the kitchen could have used a few more tools as we were cooking Thanksgiving. But everything else was as advertised.

Nice cozy condo

Very nice little condo; close to both the lodges and downtown. Management was great; they emailed very helpful detailed instructions on the check in/out procedure, along w/ directions, etc... The condo itself was very comfortable and homey. The TV and WiFi were probably the easiest I've ever had in Mammoth; no connection issues anywhere in the condo. Parking is super convenient; literally steps from the front door. My only minor gripe is that there was no actual coffee machine in the unit; just a Keurig w/ no pods! Those things make terrible coffee for three times the price.

Classic Mammoth Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Classic Mammoth condo. It has just about everything you will need. Everything worked and was comfortable. Would rent again. Note on the queen bed- it’s on risers and is much taller than a standard bed with box spring. Some might need a step to get into bed. Not an issue for us, but could be from some.
