The Aransas Princess is a beach front condo in the heart of Port Aransas Texas on prime beachfront property and offers views from every unit! This stunning building offers a jacuzzi and two swimming pools, tennis courts, and private beach access. An extra bonus is its conveniently located in the golf cart friendly area making it easy to explore downtown!

The Aransas Princess is loaded with amenities to provide you the perfect vacation rental for your trip.

This 3rd floor unit overlooks the cascading pool and has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax in the living area that includes a sofa sleeper and watch the ocean waves roll in. The master bedroom has a king sized bed while the second bedroom offers a queen size bed. A full kitchen with a smooth cook top and laundry area complete this unit.
• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys may incur a fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

Overall a great place to stay, however, there are three things that kept this from being a 5 star condo, and only for those traveling with young kids.* The master bedroom has a gap along the window between the window and rhe wall. This means anyone in the living room can be heard in the bedroom and visa versa. For those traveling with kids it means you wake up when they do.* There was a lot of 'child unsafe' things we had to manage. Dressers not secured to wall, glass tables, etc. It was manageable moving a few things temporarily, but be aware if you have young children* The TVs only have cable. No way to connect streaming. Bring a fire stick or somethingOverall though great place to stay wed co super going back

Lovely roomy place with great view and Jacuzzi in Master bath. But, coffee pot never worked even though maintenance guy tried to fix it. Also, no condiments, not even salt and pepper or sugar. Nor is there handy wrap or foil, napkins, etc. Bring your own.

Nice unit

Unit has great view of pool and ocean view. Unit was very clean but had lock that was very difficult to to operate. Don't understand why not changed since management knew. Had to ask several times for sufficient towels. Unitally there were only two for four people. The washer and dryer work but are very loud. Microwave is odd. In a drawer. Pool heater was broken which made swimming unappealing for my grandchildren. Feel a reduction in rate would have been nice, since part of reason for booking. Had good access to beach. Glad there was an elevator and onsite manager. Would book again.

While some of property is still undergoing restoration, the room we were in was excellent and the pool area/ grounds are very nice. Staff was very helpful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room and view was great. Staff were very helpful. Great beach access and pool and beach view from balcony. Some reconstruction from hurricane Harvey still on going at the facility (not unit 302)i but the work was well managed and did not create noise or problems. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
