Gorgeous view, clean and comfy beds

We loved the view, the clean home and comfy beds. Having the washer and dryer was an extra perk. Pools are great and the bath tub has jets! We will be back again.

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Only suggestion is to add some ottoman’s to make it 150%.

enjoyed our stay

Took our family of 6 for spring break!We had a great time at the condo. Plenty of room for all of us.Beds were comfy. Close to beach.Heated pools were not very warm when it was cold outside and the hottub comfortably fits about 6 people.The only suggestion I have for the condo owners is to supply beach towels for the guests staying in your unit....they are usually too bulky to pack, but there were none in the condo or supplied by the Aransas Princess.No chairs or beach equipment come with the unit.There was an issue with the wifi login but the front desk came up immediately and helped figure it out.Overall was a good unit and would stay again.

Winter Texan Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waking to a gorgeous sunrise nearly every morning, walking the beach, and enjoying the well appointed themed unit #702 made our inaugural Winter Texan experience a delight. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient during the Texas Freeze of 2021, which made the stay a real memory maker. Although the heated pool was not working well and the second pool was under repair, the hot tub was working. Overall, a nice property, wonderful staff from front desk to cleaning and of course, the beach setting was an amazing treat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was decorated very cute with beach theme. Great view from the 7th floor. The balcony was definitely the selling point! And loved the shutters and glass wall that opened up to balcony that extended across the living room to master bedroom! Kitchen was well stocked. Nice condo complex in great location! Was a little disappointed though that heater at pool was not working. Also condo above us was very noisy late at night and we had to personally complain to them at 11PM. Loved Port Aransas Beach!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at AP for the last 10 years and often rent unit 702. The unit is nice but the cost has gotten ridiculous. It cheaper to go to Mexico! The property is need of a major face lift. The new railings look very nice but there is so much more than needs to be done. So many broken tiles on the property, the event center is tired and the structure by on the side by the front pool should be torn down or totally renovated. The cost no longer reflects the condition of the property and our party has decided to stay elsewhere next year.

Port A Beach Condo

Stayed at unit 702, Aransas Princess for 9 nights at end of June 2020. Unit was clean, well furnished and great access to beach. Great view of the ocean from the veranda. The property had several nice pools. All-in-all a great stay.
