2 Cool Livin - Spacious home with expansive beach views!

2 Cool Livin' is a large 2-story house only a few steps from the beach. Relax on either the upper or lower deck with plenty of high-backed deck chairs; take in the unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico and breathe in the warm salty breezes.

This 2400 square foot home features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and easily sleeps 18. The main level has spacious living area, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. You will enjoy the well-stocked kitchen with all the cookware and appliances you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals, including a regular drip coffee maker. There is plenty of seating at the bar and around the dining table.

Also on the main floor you will find the primary bedroom, with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The four remaining bedrooms are located on the top floor-- one bedroom has a queen bed along with a set of twin bunk beds; another bedroom has two queen size beds; a third bedroom has one queen bed. The bunk room has a full over full bunk, and a twin over twin bunk. Flat-screen TVs with satellite connection are located in all bedrooms, and high speed internet is available for your convenience.

While the two upstairs decks offer panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, the ground level features some awesome amenities as well! There is an outside bar and gas grill (the propane tank provided may need refill), and even more seating for entertaining. There is also an outdoor shower to help you wash the sand away after your day on the beach.

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
