In addition, there are sandy beaches, bluff trails, a bike path, and horseback riding nearby. This location is perfect for a getaway! Just steps from the beach, this recently renovated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home offers an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and gorgeous natural light. The ground floor offers an open kitchen space, living, and dining areas, all opening out to an ocean view entertaining deck with an outdoor shower, along with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room. Bedrooms offer one CalKing bed, One Queen Bed, and two twin bed sets. Ample parking for 4+ cars plus street parking. Garage equipped with level 2 electric car charging station. This beautiful property rests just 1 home back from the sand and is perched high enough to boast views from nearly every room. South-facing, this property experiences all-day sun and views of the sunset. This getaway offers a relaxing peaceful experience for families or small groups looking to travel. Experience a beach community that has all the charm one could hope for that is a perfect vacation experience.

Great family spot

Rincon Reunion

Eight of us gathered here for a week. Its a special place as half grew up iin Carpenteria and Rincon Point is their favorite place. The house was spectacular. The views, the space itself, the completely stocked kitchen. And Jenna responded to every question almost immediately. We do these reunions every year, and all agreed this was the best yet -

Great Home

The house was very comfortable for our group of 4 adult couples. The living room, dining room, outdoor living space and bedrooms are very well laid out and accommodate a group of our size. We considered other properties in the area, but many beach properties are smaller and older. We were very happy with our decision to stay here.

Perfect home in a perfect location

The home is perfectly situated, clean, and has a comfortable beachy vibe. It's extraordinary to stay in this unique quiet community with beach access steps away. And the beach is special- there is a wide swath of sand for sunning, walking, and playing; tide pools at low tide for exploring; gentle waves that are great for body surfing and boogie boarding; it's not crowded, and dogs are allowed.

Beautiful and comfortable ocean view home

This house is gorgeous- lots of open shared space and enormous kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and everything was new and very clean. Would definitely return to this awesome ocean adjacent home!

We stayed with daughter, SIL, and 6 yr. old grandson. The house is beautiful, well stocked with games, and beach toys. Great neighborhood for walks, and beach very close. Beautiful view from living room and front deck.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We stayed in this amazing house with 6 friends and had the best time. The very short walk to the gorgeous beachfront was magical. We felt even though we were having a local weekend getaway...we felt like we traveled to another country!! The house is very spacious, well equipped, very well designed and thought out with 4 baths in each of the 4 guestrooms!! We will for sure be returning guests soon!!

Gorgeous, well-equipped place

We could not have been happier with the place. It is in a gated community with easy beach access. There are two master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen and laundry room were well equipped. It rained almost the entire time we were there, and there was no surf, so we hope to stay again when it's sunny and there's surf.

Amazing Location!

We loved being just a few steps from the beach. The house was airy and open, perfect for a family rental. There was not much of a homey feel, which was as expected. Everything was clean except the dishwater in the cabinets should be cleaned now and then. The rental team was super accessible and we really enjoyed our stay!

Worst VRBO experience-DO NOT BOOK

This VRBO requires a a large security deposit, which should have tipped me off that something unusual was going on. After a very nice and uneventful weekend, we were told that they found scratches on the floor in one of the bedrooms. They are using a large amount of our security deposit to replace floorboards. I am certain that our group did not cause these scratches and am currently disputing the charge through VRBO. It’s been a huge headache and I would not recommend booking this house.

Perfect Family a Getaway!

We had a wonderful 3 night getaway over Thanksgiving break with family. We loved the open kitchen and family room design to all be together cooking, playing games and watching football. The highlight was the quick walk to the beach to catch the sunset and watch the dolphins. We loved sitting outside on the patio where you can enjoy a beautiful ocean view and hear the ocean waves. This property was everything we had hoped for. Would highly recommend and we would love to stay here again.

Shreddin’ it!

My family and our friends stayed at Bob’s House for a week. We had an amazing time. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for eight of us. It’s across from the beach with about two minute walk to the waves. The outdoor shower and hose made coming back from the water so easy. My kids had such a good time surfing the awesome breaks of Rincon. Do yourself a favor and stay in this place for a week. We left wishing we lived there!

Lovely getaway

We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks. The house is very airy & spacious, the outdoor deck allowed us to socialize with some distance. The beach is very close, you can hear the ocean from the bedrooms. Beach is sweet cove with not too many visitors. No complaints. Nice stay.

Life is good at the beach

What a wonderful home- beautiful and comfortable. The deck overlooking the ocean is so inviting and a great place to relax. We were 8 girls in one family (ages 32-66) on a get away weekend . As some of us live in the LA area and others in the San Luis Obispo area this location was a perfect 1/2 way meeting spot. We were able to relax, walk on the beach and enjoy the beautiful house in Rincon. The house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms is perfect for women- room to gather and room to spread out. Deidre and Emily were helpful and able to address all of our needs and questions. We are definitely planning to return for next years get-away (this was our first and a success so it will become a tradition)
