Beautiful Oceanfront 11th floor 3 bedroom /3 bath condo in exclusive Southshore Villas has high quality furniture and new mattresses throughout for maximum comfort. Relax in this 1800 sq ft unit with a double reclining sofa and loveseat, 59" HDTV, high speed wireless internet, full size washer/dryer in the unit, numerous amenities and all of the comforts of home.

Enjoy breath-taking ocean views and sounds from the 26 ft balcony with access from the living room and master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen is appointed with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, separate dining area and ceramic tile throughout. The living room includes a 59" Smart TV with Spectrum HD service, free Netflix and a Blue-ray DVD.

Escape to the primary suite with a king size Bernhardt bedroom set, HDTV, sitting area, private bath with whirlpool garden tub, shower and a double sink. A sliding glass door leads to the oceanfront balcony, and a large walk-in closet and armoire provide generous storage.

The 2nd Bedroom boasts a king size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds with access to a private bath. All bedrooms have HDTVs, and all bathrooms have ceramic tile and granite counter tops.

The beach is less crowded here since there are only 63 units in this building, yet it comes with all of the amenities of larger mega resorts. Key-less entry with your own personal entry code means no more hunting for keys in beach bags or wondering who has them! This condo has all the conveniences you can imagine.

Located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, South Shore Villas is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The beach at South Shore Villas is also close to oceanfront parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo over the post-Christmas break. The location is fantastic, with easy and convenient access to the beach, which made daily walks and time by the water effortless. The beds were especially comfortable—something that really matters after long days out—and the unit had plenty of entertainment options to relax and unwind in the evenings.A very minor note that didn’t detract from our overall experience: the kitchen was a bit light on spoons and basic condiments. Nothing that caused any real inconvenience, just something worth mentioning for future guests.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would absolutely choose it again for a future trip.

Very nice we had a lot of rain so we spent a lot of time in the condo for once. I’m glad this one was set up so nicely anything and everything you need in the kitchen all the TVs are new and they all have Netflix, Hulu, Paramount, etc. etc. the deck, is set up great with plenty room for everyone and the views are outstanding will stay again

The host was amazing, we had a little issue with the shower liner and he had a new one sent immediately. This is a top notch condo with great views, all the amenities we needed and then some we didn't use. I'll give it an excellent rating in spite of the shower liner. If you want to stay in a nice place on the beach, this is the one!

Wonderful Views & Great Accommodations

This was our 2nd time staying here. It's well worth the money. Norbert provides you with everything you may need for your stay. The kitchen and bath are fully stocked. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of seating inside and out for your whole group. Our family really enjoyed our week together. Unfortunately, as we were getting ready to leave at the end of our trip, the electricity to the whole block went out. My son almost got stuck in the elevator after getting the luggage cart, and there was no way my 86 year old mother was going to be able to walk down 7 flights of steps in the dark to the parking garage. Norbert told us to stay put as long as we needed and contacted the bldg manager and the electric company for us. Luckily, the power came back on a lot sooner than they anticipated and we were on our way home.

First time stay

This condo was great for us. We had two married couples and one single person. All 3 bedrooms were very nice with bathrooms in two of them and one bath just outside the other room. Living room, kitchen and dining room were good size with open concept. Great view of the ocean from the large balcony. Owner was very nice and easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Excellent location

Condo was perfect for an adult family of 5. Location was perfect. Balcony was awesome to sit and listen to the ocean which we did often. Master bed was very comfortable. Super nice owner.

Beautiful Week

Temps in the triple digits all week and it was STILL a beautiful week. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. So great to not have to go get/keep track of keys, too. Super clean, really comfy beds and plenty of space. The views were wonderful to wake up to and end the day with. The beach access was easy and the beach was no where near as crowded as other places we have stayed. It was even close to our favorite restaurant, Martinis (best steaks!). Our daughter couldn’t come last minute due to law school obligations but we look forward to her joining us next time. Thanks again!

Beautiful view, disappointing owner

View was great. One bed had a broken frame. The replacement came in on Friday. We contacted the owner as soon as we found it which was the evening we arrived. Pictures were sent. The couple in that room slept on the couch for 2 nights, and on box springs/mattress on the floor all nights except one. Fitted sheets had poor elastic and kept slipping off. Towels were worn and bleached. We asked for compensation because of the broken bed. The owner told us we were lucky he didn't charge us for the breakage. Really disappointing! Won't use this owner again.

Gem of Myrtle Beach

Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations. Norbert was super responsive and helpful. Keypad entry to condo was easy. Wasnt super fancy but it was more than comfortable for our family. The bedroom configurations were perfect. The true highlight is its beach location. We went over the 4th of July and expected it to be packed, but it wasnt bad. The balcony was great and accommodated all of us. Location felt reasonably safe, parking was tight if you have a truck or SUV but there was plenty of it. I cannot wait to go back!

Great view, plenty of space, fully equipped!

Beautiful views! Condo was clean & equipped with practically anything you would need- even a clothes hamper! (We've never stayed in a property that had one. Always had to bag dirty clothes.) Owner even supplies some board games, cards and beach chairs & toys. Not much you have to bring! Also- Mr. Haas contacted me to make sure everything was to our liking. That's important to me- to know they care about their property. Property had an indoor pool, outside pool, kiddie pool, lazy river, & hot tub. Bathrooms are near the pool, which was great! You don't have to go back to the room. Property was clean as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

A cut above the rest!

Beautiful, luxurious and spacious accommodations. Kitchen well stocked with extras/ accessories not normally found in typical rental units. Loved that we didn’t have to keep track of keys or key card…digital lock was nice convenience! Owner communication was the extra touch! So nice to be able to completely relax! We’ll be back!

Southshore Villas has all the amenities, but is smaller than mega resorts and the beach is much less crowded than Cherry Grove or Ocean Drive.
